The changeover time is because of the adjustments. A Flojet can run six bays with no problem. The Flojet needs to be mounted vertically, not flat on its back.

MPE and MSE are Kleen-Rite's abbreviation. Dan-Ark has it right, MPE is a rigid male NPT pipe thread, MSE is a male NPT that swivels for installation. Do not use those for your bay hose, the swivel will wear out very quickly.

It's more likely that you have/had a bad check valve in the bay letting high pressure back to the pump. It will cost you more for the kits than it will for a new Flojet. Rebuild it if you want, but it isn't going to leak there without a reason.

I bought some 1/4" thick by 2" angle iron, cut, drilled and bolted it to the vac and put a padlock on it that can't be cut with normal bolt cutters. They haven't messed with them since.

Cryptopay will track your money, it just can't separate between coins and bills. Dixmor timers have separate inputs for bill and coin acceptors and can track those numbers separately, but you have to read the timer counts manually.

If the pump is leaking chemical, either the housing is cracked or there's chemical backing up into the air lines and exiting through the exhaust. A seal kit will be a waste of time and money.

The only way to be sure is to get the exact model off the plate on the pump. It's on there somewhere.

Disconnect the lines from the pump in case it could freeze, otherwise there's nothing to worry about. You should change the oil in the pumps once they're put ack into service.
