    Weep back feed

Ideally the pump will prevent the weep from backing up into the tank, but there's always one with a weak seal or a valve that's not seating 100%. I use this valve and haven't had any trouble with them: https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-3259-kleen-rite-1-2-f-x-f-1-2-l-brass.aspx

    Chemical choices for IBA

Triple foam can be detergent, clear coat conditioner, clear coat protectant, polish "wax," probably a lot more. Most of them do little to no cleaning by themselves. I've seen a friction automatic that applies triple foam detergent as the first pass, so that does all the cleaning.

    Fittings leaking

They also have 1/4" wide Blue Monster tape. I'll have to try it. I carry 1/4" and 1/2" tape, 1/4" for hose fittings in the bays so there's never frayed ends of tape coming off. Looks trashy IMO.

    Tri-Foam SS Rebuild Suggestions?

I would put it as close to the boom as possible.

Foam brush hose – which size

You're better off with tubing. I recommend black nylon which will last for decades. Two 1/4" tubing lines will cost less than 3/8" hose. 1/4" hose won't flow enough foam, I've seen it done.

Disable foam brush during freezing temps

If we're expecting a light freeze overnight, the night before I'll dump three or four gallons of cheap washer fluid/antifreeze into the tank along with a splash of blue trifoam and purge the lines. It generally lasts until 10 or 11 the next day by which time it's warmed up. If we're expecting...

    Tri-Foam SS Rebuild Suggestions?

Must be a D&S trifoam. Better design would be removing two of the pumps, moving or replacing the color-switching solenoids with ones on the outlet of the tank (Be sure to add strainers) and run one liquid and one air line to the bay through a foam generator.

    Coleman SS Spot Free

No. For what it will cost to rebuild the Erie valves, you can add a pump for the spot free to the bays. You might as well run tubing out to the boom while you're at it so the changeover time goes to one minute or more to five or six seconds.

Seems like you're just giving away 20% free time since the customer is already there.

    Coleman SS Spot Free

Customers love medium pressure spot free. I've often seen people spend 10-15 minutes with it. I don't get it, but I don't tell them otherwise. To get 400+ PSI, you need a pump like a Cat 390. It will run 5 bays at 450 PSI with xx06 tips, 6 bays at 425.

All the national brand banks here charge for coins. There may be independent ones that won't charge if you have an account.

    Hot water storage failed

I'm just glad we didn't get massive gas bills during the freeze. Several natural gas power plants had to shut down because the cost went up 10,000% (Yes, 100 times normal).

    Pump recommendations

ARO is one of the better air-operated pumps, but as long as you supply a Flojet clean, dry air it will last a long time. Mine last five to seven years.

Yeah I could order them, we're not paying $35 for a box of 500 which will have to be replaced twice a month.
