I figured no one would notice it.

Vac nozzles, holes in or no holes?

I used to file notches in the end, but I don't waste the time since I replace at least a couple a week from getting run over.

    Hot water storage failed

Remember to change the anode rod(s) in the tank every two years.

Reviews on Custom Kraft Meter Box

There's nothing fundamentally wrong with their meter boxes, but I don't like how they lay things out. The rotary switch for example, why is it crammed in the lower corner when there's a huge vacant area at the top so the labeling can be bigger and easier to read? That's not such a big deal, it...

Customer says not spot free in one bay only.

You may have a bad spot free check valve on the bay they're complaining about. High pressure soap or presoak could be backing up into the spot free line.

What wire should I run to my meter boxes?

This should be more conductors than you could ever need. I haven't found anything at a better price by a long margin. You can go as small as 22 ga. but bigger is always better. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-2369-coin-box-control-wire-under-100.aspx Cat 6e wire is really cheap. It...

New prices and dropping lowest package

Only in the nicer parts. There are still some washes in San Antonio that are 50¢ for 3 minutes.

    Soap during rinse cycle

There is probably debris in the solenoid.

    Vacuum nozzles falling off

Until they make a claw and cuff that lock together properly, that's what I'll keep doing.

    Equipment Utilization Rates

The programmable relays I use should be able to track usage which could be displayed as a graph and viewed by hour, day, month, etc.

    Coin harness connector

The Imonex coin acceptors they use actually cost more than Coin Mech brand. They prefer the Imonex because they don't rust, but they just don't last.

AFAIK, there's no way to get different price points with the LED6 and credit card with count-up. It can display the cash spent, but the CC system has no way of knowing or changing the time per money spent. FWIW I have successfully wired a LED6 into a Fragramatics fragrance vac and everything...

    Coin harness connector

I tried to order the crimper for those, was something like $200.

    Coin harness connector

Just cut the connector out and use wire nuts.

    Wiring diagram

LED7 is not a multifunction. LED6 will not work in a fragrance vacuum. LED6 needs momentary contact buttons to switch functions and won't work with the toggle switches. Call Fragramatics, they might be able to get you a repaired timer. https://www.fragramatics.com/Contact-Us

New prices and dropping lowest package

Supplies are the least of my operating costs. Water/sewer and electric is ten times that, and utilities are pretty cheap compared to some of you guys.

The Dixmor LED6 is multifunction, but only has two timer options. What are you putting the Dixmor in? https://www.idxinc.com/wp-content/uploads/LitC-GT200.pdf https://www.dixmor.com/TIMER%20PDF/LED6%20INSTR.pdf

Vegas!!! Hopefully a few of you will remember me.

I haven't decided if I'm going but I'd like to if I can make it work. Finally have the freedom and money to hit Vegas again after almost 30 years.

    Futura Fits and refunds

Those can be really sensitive. A local operator installed them in the self-serve bay floors to cancel his bonus time if the vehicle moves. He has it adjusted where if it moves at all, even a few inches, it kills the bonus time.
