Tips on painting the awning / fascia

The only time I've painted one it was new and had paint grip coating because they were out of the matching color. I used a good oil-based paint. The secret is prep. If you want the paint to stick, IMO you should clean and scuff the surface. It's going to be a lot of work if you want it to last.

    Signature series self serve-Ryko

There very well could be a sensor, I usually use two float switches in the tank, one to control the fill and one to keep the pump from running dry. It should only affect the spot free pump unless the spot free runs through the bay pumps.

Tips on painting the awning / fascia

Powder coating is done with a powder (hence the name) that is electrostatically applied to an individual PART hanging in the air, which is then baked to melt the powder onto the part. So no one is going to be powder coating their mansard unless they take it down piece by piece, powder coat it...

    CAT 310 problem

Pulsating could mean an issue with the valves/o-rings. You should probably go there next.

Overload tripped would usually mean the motor wiring has overheated, but I can't imagine why it would affect all the pumps at once. FYI, a tripped overload doesn't cut current to the motor which is why you can still engage them manually. It does sound more like a low water safety.

    Hooking up old water well

So what are you saying? Don't do it, but maybe do it?

    Hooking up old water well

The reason the city might not let you use well water along with or instead of city water would be because they usually charge for wastewater based on city water usage.

    Hooking up old water well

Any idea what the well water hardness is and what kind of contaminants are in it? You wouldn't want to use well water that will end up costing you more to treat than just using city water. It might be fine for washing down the lot and for irrigation without treating.

    CAT 310 problem

Before you throw any more parts at it... Have you replaced the tip? Does any water come out of any other bays with the problem bay running? Does the pump run smooth all the time? Does it run smooth with the trigger released but pulsate with it pulled? Is the pressure low on all functions...

    Air Logic Spot Free Assistance

This is the cheapest one on Kleen-Rite's site and is also the highest output model. You can use it and either dial it back internally or adjust it with the system controls. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-39130-procon-102a140f11ba-pump-140-gph-170-psi.aspx

Picture of soap possibly in rinse water?

I don't think I've ever seen those exact booms, but they will take almost any regular boom swivel or an inline swivel + a street elbow like I do.

    Hamilton DRS Hopper Motor Swap

I have a lot of trouble with those because I used to work with an idiot who wouldn't make sure the set screw was on the flat spot of the motor and it creates such a burr that you can't get it off easily. I can usually get it with two large flat blade screwdrivers wedged underneath, just twist...

New to the business and have question about Worldpay

If you have Cryptopay hardware, you're stuck with Worldpay. Some CC hardware requires a certain merchant processor, some doesn't.

    Function fail

Have you checked the pump when this happens? Does the pump still run but there's no pressure?

Picture of soap possibly in rinse water?

Some booms need a particular swivel to line up, but most can take any boom swivel. I've switched to an Adams inline swivel with a street elbow, and I use the same swivel for the gun and below the swivel saver.

Picture of soap possibly in rinse water?

Yeah, there's either soap in the drip (weep) system or there has been in the past and the gauges are stained. It's not a big deal either way, the weep check valves would be the problem and they're not expensive or difficult to get to.

Mechanical to Electronic Coin Mech Conversion

You could, but it would be more expensive and less reliable than separate components. TIKR403: $127.72 Mercury relay: $26.30, TIKR402: $71.76, 24V transformer ~$10 = $108, and that's if he can't re-use the existing timers. The mercury relays almost never fail and are inexpensive to replace if...
