    Help wiring a LP panel

Thanks, I plan on building control boxes using relays instead of multiplexers for controlling air to Flojet pumps and using the small breakers so each function's air valve can be turned off with a switch for service.

I wanted to try those, but do they trip at 1A regardless of voltage? This one has a voltage rating, don't know if that's just a max voltage or a required voltage...

    Ryko Signature Series

For some that's true. Have you ever seen the Weben equipment from the 70's? The pump stands were massive and had a vat for high pressure soap on top that was the size of a coffin. The tire cleaner system had a cylindrical tank the size of a household water heater. You'd mix your powdered...

    Bay lights photocell location

I've fought with photo cells for bay lighting for years. I have never been able to find a location and adjustment that doesn't let them come on too dark, or stay on too long, or come on if it rains during the day. I ditched them and went with an astronomic timer. A good one is about as much...

    Love bugs

They do seem to be spreading. I'm headed to east Texas this weekend and will probably have to stop and clean the windshield every 30 miles. Ten years ago we didn't have them at all.

    Help wiring a LP panel

FWIW I don't like the single transformer setup. They do seem to last a really long time, but when it fails your whole wash is down, they're not something the average owner/operator keeps on hand, and no one local will have a replacement.

    Help wiring a LP panel

It doesn't matter as long as all the commons are connected together. I would use the same point on each terminal if there's room for two wires.

    Help wiring a LP panel

It doesn't matter as long as they're all connected. As cb80 said, terminal blocks 2 and 3 are all common. You can see a jumper bus in the center connecting those four together. That would be an easy place to connect them and conceal the wires.

self serve spot free equipment central Texas.

I don't think he likes me or he wouldn't have switched to Tidal Wave.

How far away do you consider competition

There are a lot like that in San Antonio too, ugly and falling apart, 25 or 50¢ to start for three minutes, and busy.

"There is green fluid coming out under your door" 2nd time

When you get the Hydrominder, remove the metal clip between the float/weight and the chain. I run the chain through the ring on the float/weight and loop it through the ring on the chain. The clip is chrome plated steel and it will rust away and let the float/weight fall off.

Yes, and the commons appear to be the X2's.

    Belanger kondor Kl1

I'm only familiar with the Belanger Vector, and my spare parts list would be the same plus a spare photo emitter/receiver set, spare proxes, maybe a spare encoder card, and obviously spare hoses. I replaced the overhead lines with stainless steel pipe made so that each joining hose was 36", the...

    Help wiring a LP panel

That's exactly how it should be. If you ever change a transformer you should have the same when you're done. In my experience, 1/4" OD tube is plenty for up to 75 feet. It wouldn't hurt to go with 3/8", then the main restrictor will be the solenoid orifice and everything should work more...

    Choosing a VFD?

It's most likely either a spambot or a scam site. Don't click on stuff a first-time poster puts on here especially if it's with a non-car wash related question or comment.

    Cryptopay swiper survey please!!!!

That sounds like a First Data problem, not a Cryptopay problem. FWIW I've dealt twice with issues of being charged a large non-PCI compliance fee. In both cases the CC processing was dial-up, which is 100% compliant. With one it was a mistake on filling out the questionnaire, the other was...

"There is green fluid coming out under your door" 2nd time

I'd replace it with a Hydrominder. I don't have a lot of experience with the Dema versions, but it's mostly been like yours, the most common problem is that they don't shut off. That's a problem I almost never have with Hydrominders, and it's usually such a slow overfill that it doesn't draw...

No, just check from fuse to fuse instead of the X1 terminal. Same thing, just easier to get to.

They are the same style. I searched the part # on the side of the relay element and it went straight to Phoenix Contact's part. I'll be giving these a try soon, I'll let you know if I have problems with them sticking closed.
