    Ryko Signature Series

That's a big part of your problem. They are pH neutral and don't have a strong algaecide to keep crud from growing. There is nothing special about your system that you need a manual, you just need to understand how the valves work. If you remove the tube that picks up the chemical from the...

    Help wiring a LP panel

This is what I've used in the past: https://www.zoro.com/omron-plug-in-relay-5-pins-square-24vac-g2r-1-s-ac24s/i/G3255016/ I haven't used the slim relays I linked above, but I plan to try them on my next project. I have used the Siemens version of those IDEC relays for a trifoam system and...

    Help wiring a LP panel

You can replace the relay in the one I linked, but it costs much more than the whole unit. I doubt it would ever fail with almost no load on it.

    Cryptopay swiper survey please!!!!

They are. You just have to fill out the questionnaire correctly.

    Help wiring a LP panel

These are the least expensive (and most compact) thing I can find. https://www.automationdirect.com/adc/shopping/catalog/relays_-z-_timers/electro-mechanical_relays/slim_interface_relays/kpr-sce-24vacdc-1 Yes, you need one for each bay.

    Dumb luck

That's what I would do if I were building apartment complexes, watch for the nearest car wash to be made super nice.

    Chlorine-resistant RO membranes

Considering I can get a new 1 cu. ft. auto backflush charcoal filter for $300 I'll probably stick with TFC. Thanks.

If the outputs are out of phase, it's because the inputs are also out of phase. That's how I correct it - sometimes even the 3-phase to the motors aren't properly matched up, not that it matters, but when the power for the transformers taps out of the motor starters you have to correct them all.

    24vac pulses question

FWIW there are two basic types of coin acceptors, those that only output a 24VAC pulse and those that have the relay circuit like the MA800 you've been working with which you can use with any voltage. Just mentioning it if it helps in your choice. Slugbusters are in the former. Also FWIW...

    Rules to be followed

At the wash I mentioned, people didn't like to be asked. I would have more issues when asking than with telling. My current customers have been very reasonable and usually even apologize when I ask.

    Chlorine-resistant RO membranes

No input on using a polyamide membrane? There's nothing helpful I can find online. I have no experience with them.

    24vac pulses question

I use a 24VAC pilot light to test coin acceptors. With an MA800 you have a relay output, so you can use any voltage you want through the two red/green wires. I don't recommend trying to power a solenoid since even the smallest ones draw 7 watts and might damage the relay. A cheap voltmeter...

    Help wiring a LP panel

It's not complicated at all. You just need to check the phases. Most electricians don't know the first thing about low-voltage car wash wiring and will end up taking your money for nothing or possibly causing bigger problems. The bigger 100va transformers have usually an X1 and an X2 output...

    Rules to be followed

I had a real problem with that at a wash I managed. The police were really good and were close by, and after a few times of the "customer" getting in my face when I asked someone to move from the bay to dry/detail or turn down their nasty, vulgar music, I lost all politeness and would simply...

    Chlorine-resistant RO membranes

Polyamide membrane - does anyone use one? Is there a major downside? I need to either replace a charcoal filter for a customer whose broke during the freeze or try running without it. It's a small and not busy wash if it matters.

    Help wiring a LP panel

Yeah, the phasing thing is important. Dixmor timers handle it pretty well because they shut off if they get over-voltage, but with the manual washdown switches on the Southern Pride equipment it bypasses that safety and it can and will burn up everything in the cabinet. It's just a matter of...
