Thom how much does the armored car service charge? The reason I don't use the plastic is that anyone can see what you're carrying. With the cloth they can't tell if it's pennies or quarters.

Are they using the clear plastic bags or the cloth bag? My bank has been making everyone switch over to the plastic bags. So when I make a deposit I make the bank dump my quarters into the plastic and give me back the cloth bags.

Your bank makes you roll them not just bag them?

O.K I got the message. No one likes the $1.00 startup time. The reason I did it was all the people that only put in $1-1.25 and then complained when nothing turned on. For that reason it has worked out great. $2.00 for 4 minutes it will be. Thanks.

I reduced my price from 1.50 for 4 minutes to 1.00 for 2 minutes because I was tired of people not reading the signs and only putting in 1.00-1.25 and then calling and leaving nasty messages. Business is down for all the reasons we all have so I'm not sure if the $1.00 startup helps or hurts...

Take the motor off and take it to a motor rebuilder. Have them check it out. Over the years I've had to have a few motors rebuilt. Cost around $85-100. They're still running.

If their worried enough about it it is worth the try. All the large car wash equipment purchases I've made has always been purchased through the mfg. I've never had a problem with a mfg. wanting to lose a sale by how they got paid.

Why not call the mfg. and tell them you want to send the downpayment directly to them. Once the iba is delivered send them the rest before install. Then all you have to worry about is getting it installed. Then you only have to pay the distributor for installation. With this arrangement see...
