I think it's wrong to have air pressure higher than product pressure. Are you using Flo Jets? If so, or any other air pump start with 40 PSI on the product and 10 on the air. Wait a couple of minutes before changes and increase air in 5 PSI increments . I think your air may be overpowwering...

If that white barb on the side is really an opening to the fitting where the other educators are attached it could be messing up the ability of the educators to draw product. I tried Blendco for a while.Maybe a month or so then I got tired of additional stuff going wrong.

I will find out the Brand I used from Home Depot. I think it was their Behr Brand but I will check.

IMO I would try to repair the worn portion with some vinyl concrete repair and then lay a piece of Diamond plate across the area that wears with an anchor at each end. Let the small tires ride on the plate. In 10 years or so when the plate is worn, replace it.

If they are pulling that hard it may be good that the hose is pulling out. Don't want them busting something else.

I have used a stain from Home depot on brick where it looked like the white color had leached out from the water and solutions migrating out thru the walls - looks great. I would not do it inside the bays or tunnel. A waste of time and effort. For that it's FRP.

Question for those doing these conversions. I bought some a while ago and was pretty and they had 6 LEDs . The ones I just got have 4. Any idea if specs changed? They now fit in the lens frame whereas before they seemed to go on top of the box with the frame removed.

What you need to do is test by having it go back and forth by pushing selctor buttons and see if it also adds time if it cycles back to vacuum. It should adjust both ways. If so, you can then explain it to her ..... next time.

Not sure but the timer should switch back and adjust time based on how you programmed the respective items so why not let them swich if the time per respective vend remains the same? (Sorry, don't know if the 6s adjusts for this)

I see from the KR catalog they are listed as 1/4" . Does this size fit right into the typical hydrominder hose?
