    dpessler, Don't have source for gearbox but I buy the bronze gear and shaft with the bearings from local Baldor dealer here is pert # SR001095. Have brought half dozen with no problem. Hope this helps.

    Which the leads from the green light too the red light and see if the problem goes with leads if it does , bad switch in tank if not could be in wires connectors or bulb itself. Hope this helps.

    When we installed our second WW we rented a forklift and raised off tracks and remove from bay by coming out at a angle and all worked well. We had to remove the mast from lift to clear bay . Hope this helps.
