Also you might want to check the solenoid a in the panel on the driver side of gantry, they control the air and product delivery.

I have been using the JC Money Manager Software since I built car wash (12 yrs), it has served me well up until recently, My computer developed a virus and when tech. removed virus he also removed the Money Manager software ( the only program I did not want to lose, but that is what happened)...

Buzzie, Yes it is the air motor that controls the tilt only for the boom, not ele. motor.

Buzzie, What I am talking about is the tilt motor for the boom, mounted on the driver side of the boom,. This is the first time I have had an issue with this.

I will be looking to replace the rotary actuator on one of my wow 1.0 and wondering if anyone has done this and has a source other than Coleman.

In the past my experience with this has been either proxy or cable problem, I would check the eyes first then cables.

HCW, Telco makes a tester for the eyes alignment, Kleen-Rite part # TPA14A902, Telco Test Amplifier, 24 volts. Good luck
