That's correct. My guy o2ns 46 stores, but has the check ready the 1st of every month. Easy to deal with. His is from Nepal. Your deal sounds pretty scary. Proceed w/ caution. Get it in writing to have your check ready by the 5th of each month.

Slash mine did that once. Turned out the screw down clamp wasn't tight enough,by the foot valve, & it was allowing water to seep back in.

Too late to add kits, we have NO FLOOR HEAT OR DOORS in Tx. Can I weep aggressively & be ok in SS bays & LW (but not offer 3x foam pkg)? What's y'alls advice? This is my 1st tough Winter here

Chad, you really think your sign guy could do that & light it up? Why don't you ask him for how much? TSS will do a great job, but you gonna pay for it. StaGraphics does good work to. Very reasonable. I didn't know they made signs though....

Cap is a good honest guy. He has helped me quite a bit, as I'm not too far away. Also, he has 119 posts! Ha. I got no help for ya on the lock, though. Sucks big time, but I'd just get a locksmith from as far away as needed. Or keep srilling...lol
