Proportioners vs. Dual Chemical Injectors. I.E Flojet, Hydrominder and Tank

I have generaly had Hydrominders. Simple, easy to see what's happening, easy to replace wearable parts. Acquired one place with metering pumps. Seemed to be a headache for me. Currently have about 50 Hydrominders in service at 4 locations with flo jets.

    Bubble Palooza Question

Lets face it, it's all about the show. So the issue is whether 2 flo jets or whatever your using will provide the show. My biggest beef with these units was product usage cost. 3 Flo Jets at 50 PSI each migh be delivering 15 GPM. Here is a visdeo of my system. Runs one Flow jet at about...

Trying to order from Sonny's. What a run around.

I had been faxing in orders and got a note back that they no longer want faxes. Perhaps they will still take phone orders. Simple with the CC on file.

    Recovering Credit Card Fees

If I ran the Zoo users would pay their fees for most everything. This includes any credit card user paying all direct transaction fees and percentages. It's the equitable way to handle it.

    Favorite equipment manufacturer?

I Have Sonny's , AVW, Some Belanger and Sherman Stuff. (As I acquired places I made what they had work rather than ripping stuff out and replacing stuff. When working properly the end result differed little. I like Sonny's and AVW Wraps for simplicity although Belangers could follow better...

    Low Pressure Problem

All bays have variations. Hose run length, nozzle wear etc. Different solenoids can have variations and debris could be partialy clooging a line so that can be a reson one is affected and not others.. I would set the air at 10 PSI and see what happpens. If that solved the lockup issue I would...

    Inconvenience At Breakfast

    >>mjwalsh .... My problem is when the credit card providers are among the same entities making cash proportionately more expensive than what it had been traditionally before during a more prosperous & less inflated time in the USA. When the credit card providers are given too much authority &...

driver side vs. passenger side conveyor

"DS Front Push" Does not seem to be correct term. Does this mean the roller goes behind the front tire? Typicly referred to as front wheel pull as opposed to rear wheel push.

driver side vs. passenger side conveyor

PS side conveyor would require all side whhels to be custom made since it is typicaly the DS that is relatively the same distance from side wheels on that side and PS equip has longer arms to adjust for varying widths of the cars. Mountings may not allow form a simple swap of the arms.

    EE Conveyor Speed

I probably adjust the speed infrequently from May to September. On a Busy winter day I may adjust it 4 or 5 times as temps and sunshine / darkness vary. May also adjust water temp. But not as frequently. Rarely adjust dilution rates.

    LED vs. T5 HO lights

Soapy, I have to admit being puzzled by the Lumen thing. Replaced 400 W MH in my tunnel with 150 w LED . Also have some 320 W fixtures at the exit. The LED's are much whiter and brighter than the MH ever were or are and the lumen specs say this should not be the case.

    EE Conveyor Speed

Idealy perhaps. In reality it's not workeable to adjust 12 Hydrominders every few hours as temperatures my climb or drop 30 or more degrees particularly when that range encompasses 30 degrees or so.

    EE Conveyor Speed

For the most part dilution adjustment not needed although the water temp is adjusted. Slower speed with more dwell time puts more chemical on the car and allows it and equipment to work longer as needed. With the salt the chemicla and equipment doesn't need as much time, so again the...
