Sounds like you are the right track with the relays, but you might want to make sure you do not have a short in the banter eyes for the underspray, if you are set up like mine the underspray must come on before the wash can start.

I would try to trace the wires back to see why you are not getting power to the switch, have had problems in past with bad grounds on both my gantrys, they seem to corrode over time and need replacing.

Check the fitting at bottom of sight gauge, these do leak after period of use,they are push type fittings.

The wheel prox setting can be changed at the read lion, factory setting is 10 ( I believe). You may need to contact a serviceman at your dealer to get the password to allow you to reset.

You can adjust the pressure by removing the acorn nut on the procon pump and turning the screw inside. the installation manual should tell you what the setting should be, keep in mind they are recommending turtle wax products so you might have to adjust for the product you are using. Good luck

In bottom of chemical tank is a filter on the outlet pipe, remove it and clean or better replace with new. If you don't mind putting or hand in the wax tank you can get to this without removing the was solution. The filter screws off counterclock-wise. Hope this helps.
