anybody know what you do for weep system on Laserwash 4000?

I don't think my Ginsan "The Ultimate" has a weep system with it. It's supposed to be mounted on the way, however, I bought this used...& never located a weep system. Any ideas on what to do? Cold weather is coming fast...!

question: should that contactor go bad after 7---8 mos? I'd think not. What would make it go bad...?

getnbusy, where did they install the shut off eyes? Bryan & PEI, do you run through "drive through mode" under 63556 & also punch 80# on the touchscreen? If so, what do you do after 80# ?

I bought an old wash. The menu signs are Large & made of metal. They are extremely dirty & can't be cleaned. Question: what about flipping them over & putting a "wrap" on the back? Would that work, or is there something else that is smarter & cheaper?

I got a guy from Austin,Tx. who drove 5 hours to NE, Tx. to install my LW4000. He did a super job, for VERY cheap. My installer suggest it's a bad motor contactor in the JO box. He says he is almost sure it is welded shut. When I flip the HP breaker on, in the breaker box, the electric motor just hums. what are y'alls thoughts...?

I haven't checked anything yet. I live 20 miles away, am a full-time teacher & don't finish daily til 3:45. So can never get there before 4:15 daily. I will see about the 3 -legs, & the AB contactor..

So that means the motor will run continuously? I turned off the breaker, now the breaker will not trip back on (it stays off).

When you say "motor contactor" , where is that? Another guy told me the HP breaker may be welded shut...? WhiteScout, where/what is "output 35" ? WHere/what pump contactor are you talking about? Big 3535 cat, or what?

NOTHING is going on but the spray arch is blasting. My employee turned off the breaker, & it stopped. My installer said the breaker proly arced(sp?) too many times, & welded it on, making it continuously spray.... anyone else...?
