Bought a 3m pRO HEADLIGHT RESTORATION KIT FOR $150.

Talked to another guy who just sands lightly, then buffs, then puts some chemical on it then buffs again. Takes him 10 minutes tops, & does 2 lights for $20! Looks pretty good. Said he doesn't work it hard at all, & does $200+ EVERY DAY! Anyone use the 3M Pro kit? Saw them for $400, w/ 2...

Mine was doing that exact same thing, & then it actually got hung up on the 3x foam a couple times. Turns out my tires were way underinflated. Simple fix...

I'm going to guess this Cat pump is about 13 years old...? But that is a guess. I bought this system used. Guy told me it was about 7 years old. However, when I got it, I figured out it was 12 years old, NOT 7!!! So, it may be hard for me to trust anything he says.

I have a Cat 3535, & checked the danfoss valves. Those seemed to be good. Hoses are not collapsed. I'm unsure where pump unloader is.

My LW4000 is still chattering like crazy, but only on the hp rinse (for about 5 secs). How do I start troubleshooting, & what to look for...?

how powerful would it have to be, to stain someone's paint? Never heard of that... My Glow Foam is very avg in color. Any more advice?

I haven't even noticed that it is any brighter than my other glow foam!

rbi is correct. I had major problems with my overhead hose. It was kinking, because it was so tight (hitting edge of frame). We switched to a slightly short, much stiffer, over head hose. Problem solved.

Robert is right: That is the WRONG problem to have. Maybe try a floor mount frame. ...? That can add a little squeeze factor. That's exactly what I did...
