I use the 492. I'll do a load test today and see. You won't ever see "full load" unless the service door is open. All my breakers are 20 amp, all my motors are Domel 492, and I've never had a breaker trip.

I don't know how hard it would be to get the hopper to line up, but I've measured and there's room inside for a Hamilton HSH-Q hopper. If your changer's face still looks good you could add a Hamilton hopper, controller, acceptor adapter and harness and leave the rest alone.

You usually don't apply wax thick. There's no reason to since you're cleaning with the wax process as much as you're applying protection. See if more of the wax will remove the paste that won't come off, and work in small sections.
