Looking at bizbuysell, the gross multiplier seems about the same ... wide range. 3-10x. What I like about the laundromat is you have X amount of the same (hopefully) machines. Also, if 1,2,3 go down, you aren't hurting. Your IBA or tunnel goes down, well, you're going to lose some money...

Do you have floor heat? If so, do you have a loop in the trough? That's my setup and I've been thinking about putting the heat cable up there and either shutting down a few or all bays at night.

I stayed across from the convention center in the Courtyard Marriott and just Uber'd it everywhere in the evening. I enjoyed walking to and from the center and then taking the Uber to go out at night. Worked well and I'll do it again this year.

I found a drilled quarter a few months back in one of my coin boxes. I thought the same.

My wash was built with the wand holders like yours. Only I have black flexible pipe/tube going into the floor from the holder. 3rd winter here and never had a issue.

Went down there and pulled the hopper, dumped all the quarters, and function checked the mechanisms. All seemed fine. No debris ( that I saw come out ) and I re-filled it and put it back in. I switched it with the other to see what happens. Thanks

I have a Rowe BC-1400 that is only drawing from one of the 2 hoppers. Advice on how to begin troubleshooting and/or common failures on these? Other wise it runs fine....

Are you running an after cooler on the compressor? The cooler the better IMHO
