    crypto pay or dan???

Hamilton's fleet and prepaid card systems are more flexible, and the prepaid cards can be purchased from a changer and recharged by the customer on site. Considering you can get card services for around 2% and just a few cents per swipe, paying 6% and up for fees is a lot. With a Hamilton...

    crypto pay or dan???

The Hamilton D.A.N. has a lot to offer, but if you don't plan on using prepaid or fleet cards or using the money tracking, go with Cryptopay. Both these systems have very high processing fees. Both Hamilton and Cryptopay get a cut of every card transaction, as does your merchant service.

    Weep system

It's the wrong solenoid for the way the power is hooked up now, but check your thermostat. The one I usually use will work with either NO of NC solenoids by just moving one wire lead.

    Vac nozzles

I was thinking the same thing, gaps at the end of the nozzle will help flow air through the carpet and lift dirt out.

    Ice Vending

I don't think I'd want a wash anywhere near a mud bogging venue.

    Weep system

What controls the solenoid? A lot of thermostats have both a close on rise and an open on rise circuit. If yours does, just move the appropriate wire. You're better off with a close on rise and a normally open solenoid so if your power goes out your weep comes on.

The VFD can still be used for a simple soft start.

    Lift Master doors

Do you have a good video system? Maybe you could make a panel with lights connected to the signals and aim a camera at them. Sort of related, I had an issue with a Belanger Vector that I could never catch and an error that didn't tell me exactly what was going on, and I finally turned the auto...

    Foam Brush Hoses

No, in fact I had to replace several of the booms because there was a stop to keep the boom from swinging more than 90°. Customers would pull so hard against the stop that it bent and even broke some of the booms, and none of the hoses ever leaked or broke. (I ended up cutting the stop off and...

Tire clean only work on 1 bay

There's probably just debris under the plunger. There isn't really a kit, but sometimes the seal on the plunger gets damaged, and you can replace just the plunger. The only reason you'd have to replace the whole solenoid is if it's eaten completely through inside. BTW, I worked for CWR for...

Soft start for a Cat 3535

VFDs can also ramp up a motor to reduce start-up load or mechanical wear and tear, plus if you do an RPM check on your pump you might find it's turning faster than necessary. I've found a lot of the time pumps are running a good bit faster than they need to. I looked at someone's D&S 5000 once...

    Foam Brush Hoses

I use Continental Insta-Grip hose with push-lock barbs. The hose lasts so long that the bend restrictor ends up wearing out and breaking, at which point I cut the hose off the barb and put on a new bend restrictor and go another few years. It doesn't ever get stiff from cold or kink in the...

when to use Viton or Teflon check valves

Teflon, but in the self-serve I have no place for check valves that isn't on high pressure. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-1766-fluid-controls-14-telfon-hp.aspx

Tire clean only work on 1 bay

The bay 3 solenoid might still be bad or have some debris in it. It isn't running all the time because the pump won't run unless a bay is on tire cleaner.

when to use Viton or Teflon check valves

I try to use Teflon whenever possible. The ones I use have a Teflon seal that won't come off the poppet. I have noticed as you have that Teflon doesn't always seat 100% under low pressure, but once they've been used under high pressure the Teflon conforms to the seat and they then provide a...

    Kleenrite shipping

You can also have it ship to a UPS store, you need to pay for a mailbox but it counts as commercial so if you get a lot of packages it will pay for itself quickly. It's also a lot more secure than having UPS leave it on your porch. Another option is to have it held at the nearest terminal...

    Ice Vending

You will probably do well in that area, at least seasonally. I know a number of washes with ice machines and only get ice sales in the summer, but it's enough to turn a profit.
