One more questions guys. I ordered a replacement timer from KR and I’m thinking they sent me the wrong timer. The old timers look have something that looks like a bulb in the top right. The new one does not have that.

Can someone tell me the proper way to wire this relay?

For you guys that run chemicals through the foam gun, did you notice if your chemical usage increased? Im not talking about customer usage increase but increase in volume from going to a 4040 tip vs a 2505 tip.

I’ve got a vacuum that’s staying on and not shutting off. Anybody have any ideas? It’s a JE Adam’s 9213. I opened it up and found a wire that appears to be burnt. Everything else looks normal. As soon as I flip the breaker back on it starts running.

For you guys that run several products through the foam gun, do you run check valves on your air lines? I noticed when I was installing a new air logic panel that the instructions say to put check valves on the air lines?

Does it matter if I connect the commons together on the left side or the right side of the terminal? Does the wire need to be ran to the same side of each terminal? For instance the left side of terminal 1 to the left side of terminal 2 and on down the line or can I tie them together from...

Can I just run a connector wire from transformer 1 X2 to transformer 2 X2 to transformer 3 X2 and then to transformer 4 X2 and then run a wire from any of those terminals to the common on the air logic?

More questions. I checked the voltages today on the transformers. When I tested inputs H4 to H4 and H2 to H2 across any transformer I got 0. When I tested outputs X1 to X1 I got .5 and X2 to X2 I got 0. When I tested H2 on one trans and H4 on another trans I got 216. X1 to X2 I got 27.5. I’m...
