    FRP Panels

They are plastic rivets. You would drill new holes in the block for the new rivets?

    FRP Panels

I’m going to replace the FRP panels at the wash. For you guys that have previously done this, what is the best way? My current panels are riveted in. By looking at my panels it doesn’t appear that the rivets are evenly placed/symmetrical on each panel. Should I pull each panel off and overlay it...

    Problems with Changer

I’m having issues with my changer not dispensing coins. I took it the hopper apart and it appears the red conveyor has worn down over time. Am I correct in assuming that the notches on the conveyor should fit nicely into the track? Mine appear to be extremely worn down. When I opened the...

    Pulsing flojet

My wash is shut down due to cold weather. I stopped by today just to check on things and my flojet for the FB is periodically pulsing. Does this mean one of my solenoids is leaking or hung open?

    Prefab Hose troth

I got my measurements and called a couple local sheet metal shops. They bent the panels for me and made end caps as well. The price was very reasonable. Given lumber costs today plus the labor to build a trough I'd say you'd come out cheaper if you went with sheet metal and have the added...

    Vacuum staying on

This is what I have but my vacuum will not kick on. The top wire on the terminal is my hot wire. I checked and it has 125 volts on it. The second terminal wire goes to my motors. The top coil is a common tied to the bus bar. The bottom coil is tied to the timer. Anybody see what I’m doing wrong?

    Vacuum staying on

MEP what the easiest/correct way to connect the 10 ga wires to the mercury terminal blocks? It doesn't look like the holes are big enough to tie 2 wires together and insert them into the hole.

    Vacuum staying on

One last questions guys. Forgive me I don't have a lot of experience with electrical work. I just want to make sure I'm correct before I wire it up. Is my placement of the mercury terminal wiring correct? Also can someone tel me which 18ga black wire is the timed load?
