Randy, did you make a floor stand for the pump to pay on? Buy one? Bolt straight to the floor?

It’s on a stand so it would take some rigging. I could potentially take it off the legs and mount the play to the wall. The regulator is actually pretty low. Could the pump be turned on its side?

Thanks. I’ll give that a shot. I’m guessing I should raise the low water shut off up to the level of the pump inlet?

This is on the repressurization/delivery system that is sending water out to the bays. It’s not the production unit.

I can hear the solenoids click open but the pump isn’t pulling water up from the intake tube.

Finally got to work on hooking up the delivery system today. I can’t seem to get the pump to prime. Does anybody have any pointers. The pump kicks on but there’s no water flow.

I’ve always used the pellets with no problem until now.

I emptied and cleaned a few months ago for the same reason. I’ve always used diamond salt. Maybe i just got a dirty batch of salt. Thanks!

    Water softener

I opened the barrel on my softener to add more salt today and the water had a nasty film on it. Is it just algae? Anyway to clean it up without dumping the barrel?

One more question. My delivery stand has a two outlets on the pump. One goes up to the solenoids for the bays. The other is open. Do I need to cap it off?

Thanks Greg. Great idea on the softeners. What all would I need to recycle the reject water? I assume I would need an additional float in my rinse holding tank and a pump to pump it up? My rinse tank it not all that large.

Thanks to everyone’s help I got the production unit hooked. While I was filling up the tank my water softener just happened to go into regen and i noticed it was overflowing my drain. In other words when the softener regens and the RO is running at the same my drain appears unable to handle the...

    Parker paraflex

Any use paraflex before? I ordered if thinking it was regular nylon tubing but it feels much stiffer. Does it hold up ok? I’m concerned about it potentially busting in cold weather? So far all my nylon tubing has been fine.

80, Thanks for all the help. I must admit I'm an idiot when it comes to electrical. What kind of motor contactor would I need? Also will the Madison floats linked above work with the components you linked?

2biz, This looks exactly like your setup. How would I connect this so it would control my 120v pump? https://hydrobuilder.com/hydro-logic-hyper-logic-dual-level-float-switch-assembly.html?gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI0_2Opc6iggMVfhutBh3v0gsyEAQYByABEgJngPD_BwE
