Air Logic...with (3) 120v blower/vacuum motors.

I've installed a few of a competitor's blowers. Their motor manifolds are regular old ABS DVW fittings. ABS might be an easier fit? (Maybe not.)

Probe the 24v Hot connection on the subject coil & the 24v Neutral connection on a working coil. If you read 24v, the neutral connection to the subject coil is open.

Have you tested for power at the actual solenoid coil? Both 24v Hot & Neutral connections?

Where your spot free rinse connects to the bay supply hose there will be a check valve. Fix or repair the one that's not "checking".

They illuminate only when the Nayax is powering the bay/vacuum.

Is there 24v at timer terminals 1 & 3?

If there is enough headroom, a 4”-5” concrete overpour will work. Secure ½” PEX tubing to 6x6 remesh and pour away. You’ll likely need to excavate the entry/exit 3’-5’ to provide a smooth transition into and out of the bays. And, add extension rings for the drains.

Well, there you go...different experiences. The 30some RegOs that we've installed in the last 3 years perform as reliably as the ones installed over the last 30 years.
