    Thoughts on Ginsan Pump Stand?

What's the function of the GS-27D, and what was the original purpose of the red one underneath?

    Thoughts on Ginsan Pump Stand?

Thanks Dan. Does the winter/summer switch do anything other than shut off the weep?

    Air dryers

So far I was able to test my two IBA's and 2 out of 5 SS bays and non water came out of the air line when running high pressure. I did put an auto drain water separator for now just to see how much water it catches, but have not turned the air dryer back on yet.

    Thoughts on Ginsan Pump Stand?

Thanks. There are push button doors already and I plan on just upgrading them to similar doors, so I wouldn't remove anything anyway. Other than the GS-23's I guess since they are not used. Once I follow the plumbing and understand how it's setup, I'm sure that will help. I haven't spent...

    Thoughts on Ginsan Pump Stand?

I am buying a wash that has 3 SS bays and a Ginsan SS pump stand. It is pretty different from my JC stands and I was wondering what thoughts you guys have regarding how well it is designed and if it is something I should learn and refurbish, or look for a used JC stand to match my other washes...

    Pay Station Recommendations

I have Unitec Porta Ti's that I purchased as replacements after my original pay stations were stolen. I have had them for 6 years now and love them. I only had to wait about 3 weeks at the time to get them, and was down for 1 month total. In the meantime, I figured out how to jump a wire and...

    Air dryers

Not yet. After 3 rounds of snow we've been busy, so I haven't had a chance to shut the air off and test everything like I planned. With my IBA doors being air operated, I can't shut the air off now. I did receive today the auto drain air filter I purchased, so I'll test and install on the...

    Blow down or weep?

5 degrees here this morning and people had started washing. I had blown out my TF lines and shut the weep off to them, but left the FB weep and HP hoses weeping.

    Air dryers

I have them installed at all 4 of my Air Lift doors, but no where else. Wasn't sure their function or advantage. Thanks.

    Air dryers

Quick question. When do you need to put in a lubricator in series with the water separator?

    In bay floor heater concern

Man that looks like a 70k + job for my site. And I would need to buy a boiler/heater, right now it's running off of a pool heater.

Profile, the one you asked about.

    Adding a WashWorld Profile

I think it cleans much better than my Soft Gloss did. I love the open bay and that I can easily wash duallys. Many options on the machine and very easy to program. I hate when I have to grease the fittings, over 35 of them and scattered all over the place so you are hunting them down and...

    In bay floor heater concern

I'm in the same boat and have debated it for years. Waking up this morning and seeing 40% of the the bays covered in ice and snow really makes me want to tear it out.

    Air dryers

Not yet, was planning on trying to mess with it today. We've had snow storm after snow storm here. I will check the auto drain, all I've seen come out of it are a few drops of water when it was running.

Splash n dash or regular self serve set up?

I had that exact same setup, but all 6 on one side! That's the wash I changed over to JC. Gave me so much more room and was able to add spot free and triple foam.

Splash n dash or regular self serve set up?

I'm buying another wash that has an old Ginsan pump stand. Really considering buying and rehabbing an old JC stand to standardize as well. I know the JC equipment in and out. What did you replace?

    Tripping relay in super saver

After years with no issues, I had 2 floats go bad on my super saver. Sorry I missed this thread, would have pointed you in that direction earlier. Easiest way to check if it happens again is to just disconnect the float in question and jump the wires to bypass it.

    Adding a WashWorld Profile

I've had mine for just over a year and love it so far. Got all the options including the touchless wheel cleaner.
