    How do I open these?

I was able to get one open by using a flat screwdriver and a mallet and lots of arm strength. I had to get the screw driver in, then work my way all around a few times until it was open enough to finish prying it open with a larger screw driver. I replaced the membrane in one so far, but it...

    How do I open these?

Lol too late, but I would have tried that. I just remember having the hardest time when I worked on them last. I'm pretty sure it's just a bad internal o-ring in there, but being so hard to open, I'm just going to go ahead and replace the membranes while I'm at it.

    How do I open these?

I did take the clamp off that was on the black rubber part. I figured you just pry it out, but was afraid to damage the housing. I tried a little with some flat screwdrivers, but it didn't budge so I figured I'd see if there was an easier way. There are o-rings inside on the black part.

    How do I open these?

I finally took my RO filter housings and need to check the o-rings and probably change the filters, but can't figure out how to get them open. I remember that when I first changed the out a few years ago it was difficult, but am not sure how I got them open. Does the black part just pop out of...

Water pressure continuously drops for a split second.

Great idea, I'll try that. I might be wrong, but I feel it all started when I had a pump on my spot free system fail and I had to replace it. I can't see the correlation, but it seems that's either when it started, or at least when I noticed.

Water pressure continuously drops for a split second.

I checked the gauge that is on the feed from the city and it seems to also drop, but not as pronounced. Only drops about 15PSI, but has to be what's causing it. Could it be an issue with my backflow meter? Doubt the city pressure keeps dropping like that on it's own.

    LEDs need changed. How?

How high? I got lucky when I changed all my vac lights and found someone with a bucket truck that let me pay them some $ and they let me use it for a couple hours. You could also get a super high step ladder for more stability if not too high. I've done the extension ladder on a pole thing...

Water pressure continuously drops for a split second.

For the past 2-3 years, I've had an issue where the the water pressure seems to continuously drop for a split second. This video is short, but it does the exact same thing every few seconds when any of the bays are being used. I have not seen any adverse effects from it occurring, and no idea...

    New CryptoPay WorldPay fee

That annual fee is not for chargebacks. They charge that to all accounts, but it's not supposed to be charged to Cryptopay merchants. Call and have them credit it and fix your account so it's not charged again. Make sure you are getting the Cryptopay rate on everything. I'm about 4.5% all in...

When is it worth it to replace IBA?

My old one was already out, so not part of the 8 day install. Removal only took 1 day though. I put an ad online and had someone come and get it.

    Weep Temp Off at night

I think next step is to disconnect the original sensor, but doesn't it take the lowest of the two? Or is it an average? I can also easily change back to one solenoid. I had it that way originally, but couldn't get enough weep output out of the HP guns and tried separating them from the FB and...

When is it worth it to replace IBA?

My Razor took just one week to install, maybe 8 days with testing.

    Weep Temp Off at night

I with it was that simple, but unlikely to be the case. I have separate water lines feeding the 2 solenoids, one for HP hose and the other for TF and FB, and everything in those 2 bays freezes. When I turn it on manually, it works fine and the flow matches the others. Only thing that would...

    Weep Temp Off at night

After my last post, I installed a 2nd thermostat on a different side of the building and the temp on that one seemed to read about 2-3 degrees lower than my thermostat that is installed in a bay. 2.5 months with zero issues or freeze-ups but this morning my two furthest bays were frozen up...

    Cryptopay is TRASH

I agree 100%. Their supports is excellent and logging to to WorldPay can be annoying, but no issue giving a refund that way if I need to.

    Question about membrane size

I really feel like it's an o-ring issue, but need to take them apart and check. They are not easy to disassemble. I changed it so that it's rejecting 3 for every 2 gallons and got it down to 67, but something is wrong.

    Question about membrane size

The Dow Filmtec membranes are 3.9" vs. 4" for the KR brand. Will that matter? Also, why do you prefer the Dow membranes?

    Question about membrane size

Thanks. I have 2 Coleman units, and at one location with the 2 IBA's, I put in 2500's when I replaced them, and at my SS only location, I put in 2200's thinking I didn't need that much output. I now need to likely replace the SS only location as my TDS is 160. Water is soft and no chlorine in...
