IVS Carpet Wizard w/ Dead IDX Big Two Timer

Do you even know what "clickbaiting" means? You have created a 20-minute long, monetized, and fairly professional video. It is clearly not a knowledgeable video, since you know very little about the function of the machine and the "history" of the PLC it uses. I'm not going to watch it...

    Have an old hydrospray system

It looks like you have somehow plumbed the regulator wrong again. The bottom where you have the hose going to the bay is the inlet that should be on the pump.

    1/4" Plastic Tubing Normal Life???

The John Guest tubing is polypropylene, which they claim is 130 PSI working pressure, but IIRC it says 100 on the tubing. About 20 years ago I installed a trifoam system with it, all the tubing run in an attic so no UV on it, and I had to replace it at about the 12 year mark because it started...

    1/4" Plastic Tubing Normal Life???

Nylon is plastic. As opposed to continually making repairs? 1/4" N11 and N12 Nylon tubing is rated to 250 PSI working pressure. Polypropylene is 100 PSI. What's failing, the fittings or the tubing?

Jim Coleman Replacement Vacum Bags and Fragrance hose and Gun

I use these, you can change them without removing the dome. They snap into the opening instead of pulling up tight for a seal. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-1939-filter-bags-9200-super-vac.aspx You can take a Fragramatics hose assembly to an O'Reilly's auto parts or a place that makes...

    Manifold fittings soap/wax/etc

Those are GC solenoids. I would bet the solenoids are clogged with stuff separated out from the wax, or the seats have swollen and they can't open. It could also be a fault in the common wire that jumpers to all the solenoids. If it breaks or corrodes through, nothing past the break will...

Air Dryers In Self Service - How Are You Wiring Them?

This is mostly Diskin covering their ass, but it's also good advice. FWIW, I argued with city code inspectors over the installation of an automatic and dryers, and they said it would require pulling a heavier electric main, a new panel, AND a second panel. I told them the pump and the dryers...

Air Dryers In Self Service - How Are You Wiring Them?

You can't wire it off the same relay as the HP pump. You can wire it off the same breaker if you have to since they won't be on at the same time. What voltage does the Air Shammee you ordered require? If you have incoming 208 three-phase and all legs read 120V to ground, you can use a 3-pole...

    Super vac 3 cam locks

I meant to measure yesterday and forgot. I'll try to do it today. I'd rather not pay what Coleman charges for locks that I can get for half the price and also get a unique key.

Super Simple Question - Sorry to Ask!

I recommend a solid, coated wand. The flex wands are even heavier, and people don't put them all the way into the wand holder and they'll end up permanently drooping. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-1316-spray-lance-wands-black-galvanized-1-4-m-x-1-8-f.aspx I prever V-spray tips, and bigger...

Super Simple Question - Sorry to Ask!

I would recommend a coated wand and a JE Adams 5030 weep gun. All that plastic makes the gun really heavy, and the gun and sheath are brittle. You'll save about $25 per bay. Kleen-Rite's ultra concentrated tire cleaners and presoaks are junk IMO. I recommend Simoniz regular products...

    Chattering issue HP

My guess would be they ordered some for where you needed one and thought they were the right size. They do work perfectly by moving the reducing nipple from the bottom of the check valve to the top and adding a 1/2" nipple to the bottom. For future reference, the fitting with the hose on it...

    Chattering issue HP

I use these: https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-3259-kleen-rite-944-430-brass-inline-check-valve-1-2in-f-x-f.aspx They flow plenty for a bay pump, they have a weaker spring than the high pressure 3/4" you installed, but still gives enough drag where you shouldn't have to throttle the water...

    Chattering issue HP

I would not have recommended that check valve, but I have seen it used and it doesn't seem to be a problem. It just has a pretty tight spring, but you may not have to throttle back the valve to force the pump to draw soap.
