Another option would be to install foam guns and continue to use the Flojet. Typically foam guns use a much larger nozzle which reduces the amount of pressure required for the right amount of flow... Can't believe I beat you to that suggestion, Cantbreak80?! :D

The Kip SS solenoids with metering valves are set and forget. I've only had to adjust one or two of them since they were installed.

Do you know where the flow meters are leaking? Its possible the way you have them plumbed is causing the issues? I'm having a hard time believing the problem is with the Dwyer Flow Meters? I used SMC style push connects and LLDPE tubing back in 2014 when I rebuilt my pumpstand...So about 9 years...

I use Dwyers and have never had an issue. Although I use the non-metering ones and use metered Kip SS solenoids. I put new orings in the flow meters 10 years ago when I rebuilt my pump stand and haven't had a drip....16 flow meters in service total. I might add, my flow meters are original...

Did it not work at all? Or was it just hard water and leave spots?

Many of my customers have told me they like my wash better than the other two competitors in my town because mine doesn't leave spots. I have a softener that softens to zero grains and an RO that filters to 3ppm.. Customers do notice!

How new is newer? Most of the hoses and compression fittings were eplaced 10-12 years ago. Still no leaks or drips.

I have both, probably 90% SMC and 10% John Guest. I've never had a single one if either brand leak! Guess I should have said "Mostly use SMC"!
