    Weep Mizer 2nd output question

I know......But! Things to consider using a completely automated blowout/WF Shutdown system....Last winter I shutdown and semi-automatically filled the hp lines with WF. I forgot to shut the ball valves off from the gravity tanks to each bay pump. I didn't see the "drip" in bay 3 due to a...

    Starite pump low pressure

The Starite Pump looks like it uses an impellar that can be rebuilt quite easily....Hard to imagine what is wrong with it if its not building pressure, unless its a regulator issue? HowTo: Repair a Sta-Rite Max-E-Glas II Pump - poolplaza.com - Bing video

    Starite pump low pressure

Does your system use a pressure regulator to control pressure to the bays and bypass the rest back to the tank? If it does, could it be the culpret?

I am a CWSS Elete memeber, but doubling their memebership is going to be hard to swallow...I currently get Warswaw Chemicals delivered from Trivalley...And they have been wonderful over the years. Floor Heat boiler puked...replacement options?

These heaters are used more and more for hydronic heating...So I don't know how a regulatory body can see it any different than what it is? I don't know how they distinguish between Boiler and Heater! For me where I live, there are no inspections, but its common knowledge (and probably written...

    Floor Heat boiler puked...replacement options?

Ha! Yes you did! I'm still not caving to get something that also spy's on me 24-7! So I will keep doing it the old way! ;) Plus I like the old automated method of letting the Weepmiser do the work of turning it on/off at 32°....Doesn't waiste any $$$ in case you get busy or forget to look at...

A Cold freeze coming Windsheild washer fluid

Its quite easy to semi automate the process. Mount a flojet on the wall. Get a 5 gallon bucket for WF (I use a 15 gallon drum)....Tee the output of the pump to your weep system with individual ball valves for control. It makes it so much easier to do once you are prepaired. Mine is a little more...

A Cold freeze coming Windsheild washer fluid

You might get away with diluting -20° WF where you live, but this last freeze got to -8° here in Southern Ohio with -30°-40° windchill. ....WF is pretty cheap compared to busted hoses. I don't dilute the WF....A Newby might want to consider this if its his first rodeo! I use a little over a...

A Cold freeze coming Windsheild washer fluid

Is that 13-14 gallons? Seems a little high. I use about a gallon do do 12 hoses....4 hp hoses, 4 Foam gun hoses, and 4 Foam brush hoses....Although, my LP is winterized with WF and blown out from the trough above each bay. Its automatic and doesn't use much at all...About 3-4 pumps with a flojet...

    Reserve water capacity

Don't rule out Galvanic Corrosion in the incoming water supply. Make sure you don't have dis-similar metals connecting any of the plumbing...Shortly after I bought my wash, I changed out the 2" meter that was attached to the incoming copper piping with cast iron flanges...The 2" pipe was closed...

    Floor Heat boiler puked...replacement options?

You guys must have "Deep" pockets! I'm a little more budget minded as long as it works! My Takagi modulating/condensing wall mount heater has been in service now for 10 years and not a single issue....Hardest part of the whole system is flipping 2 switches to turn it on in the fall. Keeps bays...

    Reserve water capacity

What size is your incoming water supply pipe and size of your float valve that fills the tank? I have 4ss bays with 10gal hot/cold gravity tanks. 2" main, 1" meter and plumbing. No big holding tank. And no issues.

    Weather

I live inside the towns corporation limits. So there are street lights that will come on if it's after dark. Weep not working- Ginsan Ultimate

Maybe Clogged needle valves or water filter screen? If you have needle valves, did you try adjusting them?
