Ryko Monarch II Hi Impact Parts

If you are talking about the black UHMW cam that is used as part of the arm tilt mechanism on the arm, that should be P/N 19667-000 (shown as item #30 on the attached print). If so, it looks like we have 3 in stock. Just call in to our parts line at 800-283-7956 and they should be able to...

    RYKO Softgloss Maxx3- Kevlar belts

I know you have had a few belts fail recently, but we've had great success since moving to the Kevlar. At your site, we found a couple of issues that were contributing to a bind as the top dryer and top brush were lifting. These were initially due to a bow in the track alignment about 8-10'...

If you go into the "maintenance mode menu", you should see an option for network configuration. This needs to be enabled. Link type should be "host network", then you will want to auto-install nodes, then do a reinstall nodes. You may also want to verify under coinbox setup to ensure it is...

    Ryko ohd error code 15

The 2 digit code 15 indicates loss of RykoNet to the PLC node on the machine. It can indicate that either the CAW IV or the coinbox are offline, or both. If you look at the PLC node in the carwash control cabinet (small green box), do you you have a red, or green LED light. If red, it...

Weird Ryko Thrust Pro Dryer Issue

Photoeyes are usually installed on the dryer legs. The emitter will be mounted about 4' up, and angled downward and across to see receiver which will be mounted low. It's not uncommon for someone to bump them while working on the equipment, or to just be dirty.

Weird Ryko Thrust Pro Dryer Issue

If it's not dropping, it could also be a photoeye. If the PLC isn't seeing the input, it won't drop the follower to prevent it from falling on the hood or windshield.

    Softgloss clear coat not pumping

Your machine was built to include both ClearCoat as well as Surface Sealant (RainShield). To make this work properly, you need to have timer D874 set to a value of 2. This will allow the clearcoat to be actuated by PLC output Y42 using relay K90, and your Surface Sealant to turn on through PLC...

    Softgloss XS rearms itself

Not sure what you are chasing with your equipment, but if two devices aren't communicating, that is always a good place to start, as well as verifying connections are corroded, etc.

    Softgloss XS rearms itself

All, just a quick follow-up if you are following this thread: The AMTT losing it's program appears to have been caused by a minor crack in the bitmap socket on the AMTT. As it expands and contracts, this would cause it to lose programming The rearming appears to have been caused by an...

    Softgloss XS rearms itself

The AMTT issues and the carwash issues shouldn't be related. For the AMTT losing it's program, you mentioned you had replaced the board. power down, and look really closely at the main CPU board. Specifically, the program and bitmap IC chips go into the sockets U17 (program) and U8 (bitmap)...

    Softgloss XS rearms itself

The first thing I would recommend is to go into diagnostics in the AMTT, and go into the network diagnostics option. I'd begin with the Network SBX test (this tests the comm board in the AMTT), then run the PLC network test (this tests comm to the PLC node). If the PLC network test fails, it...

New SoftGloss lost RainShield & foam wax

I read the technician comments, and looks like the boost pump circuit protector had been tripped causing the issues with the ColorWave, and it was a bad injector on the RainShield. Is it working properly now?

New SoftGloss lost RainShield & foam wax

Yes, I'm still thinking pinched lines. That seems more likely than 2 failed injectors. When you disconnect that line and just use a short one headed to a bucket, you are taking out any back pressure further upstream. If your injectors are providing chem into the bucket, that way, they are fine.

New SoftGloss lost RainShield & foam wax

If you remove the 1/2" polytube coming off the injector that routes through the boom and you start getting chem out the injector, you have too much back pressure somewhere further down the line. If it just started happening, it's most likely something like a pinched line somewhere in the boom...

New SoftGloss lost RainShield & foam wax

Is the boost pump turning on, and if so, what pressure is it running at? Are you getting water at the nozzles or from the Colorwave manifold?

    Ryko Top Brush

You need to monitor your 24VAC side at the point in time when the top brush should begin to spin. For the top brush, check between wire 10 (24VAC hot for that section of outputs), and wire 25 common. If you are less than around 22.5VAC, it's likely not enough to pull in the contactor and you...
