Cat Pumps 623 crank bearing making noise

I have 6 cat 623 pumps that have been running for 20+years. I have replaced the bearings in a few of them. It's been a couple of years since the last one so I don't remember much about it, but I know it wasn't too hard. We using a tool to put take the pulley off as that was the hardest part...

    Blue/Gray foot valves.

I find many times where the screen is just eaten up and is only about 1/4 of it's original size, or where it just falls apart when you touch it, or has holes in it. I have a few foot valves laying around that are in perfect shape other than missing the screen that I took out to use in another...

I was hoping to find them ready made, but since they don't sell the parts, I will try to just make my own.

    CryptoPay - Refunds & Receipts ?

I don't get many requests for receipts or refunds, so what I do is just make a receipt and email it to them when asked, and for refunds I just give them car wash tokens or cash.

Need Advice: getting whipped by Competitor's SS....

I'm at $2 for 3:30, but going to $3 for 5 minutes as soon as my remodel is complete. I've been raising prices when I feel like it and could care less what others charge as I take care of the place and make sure it's always clean and everything works.

    Air Shammee Mounting

I have one site with them on the wall and another in the attic. The ones on the wall are more visible and get used more. They are louder though, but since my office is nearby it is nice to hear when then are on and being used lol.

Advice on pumps, rebuilding pump stand-part 2

I think I'll stick with the hose. I like how they are both mounted towards the middle. I might just put the TF closer to the middle and that way they will see it as they get out of their cars.

Advice on pumps, rebuilding pump stand-part 2

I am adding tri-foam for sure, just thinking about leaving room in case I ever add tire shine in the future. Regarding placement, I only have room on the same side as the coin box. If I use a boom, it will be close to the edge of the wall. Any advantage to using a boom and regular hose as...

Advice on pumps, rebuilding pump stand-part 2

I am adding tri-foam to my bays and need to decide between using a boom and straight hose, or a swivel and curly hose to save room. I think that I could fit a boom once I move my meter boxes and actually already have extra booms, but I'm thinking that if I use the curly hose and a swivel, that...
