Just fyi, out of the many people that max out the $15 charge that I set, I only get one call every 3-4 months. So not going count up for that reason is just leaving money on the table. I charge $3 to start for cc, $2 for cash.
I pay Republic Services $26/month to rent the dumpster (6yd) and then pay the city $36/month to dump it twice a week. Seems like a steal compared to what you guys are paying. For my 4yd, I only pay $24.10/month to the city.
I have an 11 year old super saver and have not run into anything so far that wasn't easy to fix or replace. It has been very reliable as well. I had to get a few functions working when I first took over a few years ago, but most of the issues were the coils going to each function.
I have come across the same issue a few times. I win, then it is reversed and I have to go to arbitration if I want to continue fighting it. Like I am going to risk losing $500.
I found the valve on astromatic and also a repair kit, but it says: RM124A
REPAIR KIT, LIQUID END OF WATER VALVE, FOR RM124.

Is that what is needed to repair it, or is there a different kit?
I had these in my touch free, but when I replaced them I couldn't find any to match the sizes that were in there, so I went with a standard tip. Would an imeg clean better?
I am guessing that it has to do with something causing a pressure variation. It is not constantly running, but enough to keep the floor wet. What could be causing the variation on the outlet side?
At one of my washes, my back flow preventer keeps randomly running water and I haven't been able to figure out why. I was wondering if anyone here had a similar experience. Over the years it would randomly run small amounts of water whenever my hot water tank was in operation. Whenever I had...
I am sure it can be achieved, but it will be very hard. I don't have a real trough. The lines run through the metal joists that run across the top. There are multiple round holes throughout the back of the joist, then the front is covered with a piece of wood to cover the lines. I have been...
I first found them when I needed to replace my Rheem storage tank. They already had the best price, then I got an additional 20% off. I have used them several times since then and all my orders arrive the next day!
I have the OHD 2001 Touch-Free and when a car drives in and the undercarriage/tire cleaner kicks on, water is also coming out of the high pressure nozzles on the arm. I am guessing a solenoid is wore out or has dirt in it, but wasn't sure where to look exactly. Any suggestions are appreciated.
