I've had injectors go bad and spit water before, but when that happens usually whatever chemical is feeding it starts filling up instead of going down.

Is it cracking at the end where it pushes onto the barb? I had the issue many times until I learned to slightly heat the end of the line before pushing it onto the injector. Haven't had one fall off since.

Just to update, I found one of the wires going into the harness was not seated properly. It was only going in half way. Works great now. Thanks.

Earl, If I recall, you have JC combo vacs. How does the dualer mount on those? The hose nipple on my vacs is very close to the coin box and it doesn't seem like the dualer would fit. Thanks.

I use the Kleen Rite winter concentrate in the winter, but in the summer I just use the Pro-Force shampoo from sams. I put a couple cup fulls per fill up and it foams great.

I was curious what you guys allocate as an acceptable cost for each pre-soak pass in a touch free in bay auto? I am sure that costs can vary greatly depending on what chemical is used, but was wondering what different operators figured was an acceptable cost per car for each pre-soak pass. Thanks.

If you paid with a credit card, I would threaten to dispute it unless they make it right 100%. With a cc you are protected. I am sure you spent a good amount of $, it's only fair you get what you paid for.

If your database is locked, it is very easy to unlock it. Search the forum, I had the same issue and was able to unlock it easily.

How exactly have you lost 40k over 3 years from it?

I have a hydrominder that has lost suction. Usually the adductor is the issue, but I replaced it and still no suction. What else can I check? It does have good strong water flow, so that isn't it either. Thanks.

I did play with the adjusting screw and it seemed to help a little bit, but I still cannot get the pressure to go above 20psi on liquid. The foam coming out is serviceable for now, but I would like to have it a little less foamy.
