    Best place to buy polytube?

:) You win! Btw, great prices at the website! I was going to call the local companies just to compare, but completely expect it to be much higher. I would much rather have a ton of extra hose than pay more for less. I also need about 100' of general purpose 3/8" hose rated around 300 psi...

    Best place to buy polytube?

Great pricing, but for the 1/4" it only comes in coils of 1000'. I need six different colors and only about 250' of each color.

Pin outs on 1032 S timer

Does anyone have the schematic on the 1032S timers? I need to identify the wires so that I can add Cryptopay to my meter boxes. Thanks.

    New Style Weep Mizer Sensor.

I have the new style with the yellow wire. It comes with the Weep Mizer, but no bracket. You can stick it in a piece of PVC and let hang some where, or you can just let it hand out of the building and add some kind of cover over to avoid having the sun effect the temp.

How do avoid high pressure lines freezing overnight?

I actually just modified my other wash so that I can weep hot water, but then realized that all the hot water is soft. At that wash the brushes, TF and HP guns all weep, so weeping soft hot water is expensive. I am going to separate the HP from the TF and FB so that only the HP weeps hot. The...

How do avoid high pressure lines freezing overnight?

Man, I'll take my two frozen bays and be happy lol. I hope that you get it all worked out. This time of year really is tough.

How do avoid high pressure lines freezing overnight?

Would blowing out the lines be enough, or would I have to run ww fluid in them? I almost blew the lines out last week when it hit -12, but wasn't setup to do so and left them alone. At one wash I weeped hot water and nothing froze, at the other 3 bays froze. Problem with freezing is that...

    Help with floor heat

Sorry, I forgot to answer that question. The boiler only started short cycling when I lowered the auto limit to 120. Once I went back up to 130 and lowered the gas valve down to 5, it isn't short cycling anymore. It stayed on for a couple of days now. My goal is to now be able to higher the...

    Help with floor heat

Just to update, I just spent about 4 hours at the wash replacing my boiler storage tank and even though it was 2am, figured why not mess with the floor heat:) I relieved the pressure on the glycol tank and my pressure gauge still read 18, so I realized that it didn't even work. I replaced the...

    CryptoPay Fees

I have logged into First Data online probably only once or twice in the past year. One thing they lack is the ability to go online and issue a refund to a customer. With my other processors, you are able to do that. It really hasn't been a problem as I give out a refund only 2-3 times a year.

    Help with floor heat

Mine stays at the set # and doesn't move, so that can't be the issue. What do you have your limits set at? With it set at 5, at what temps can you stay ice free? Thanks.

    Was Your Wash Hacked?

I had trouble accessing my server and finally figured out that my dns servers had be re-routed to somewhere in China! Got it fixed, but definitely kept me on guard for the future.

    Help with floor heat

Lol I am in a panic, this thing shutting off is killing me as it takes hours to clear the bays in this weather. Either way, I don't plan on messing with it until it warms up. Supposed to be above freezing this weekend, but that includes a rain/sleet storm so I plan on changing my boiler water...

    Help with floor heat

Here are a couple of pictures, let me know if they help. The bypass valve should be the one with the yellow handle that is directly above the 4" steel electric box mounted on the wall.

    Help with floor heat

There is a pressure gauge on the tank, it's at around 18 psi. I also see a service valve on the side.

    Help with floor heat

To update, I went to the car wash today around 12 and the boiler was running. It was around 0 degrees and had gone down to -10. I went back around 3 to drop off some salt and it was off with the limit tripped. I left the limits the same, but adjusted the knob back down to 5. I used the...

    Help with floor heat

Man, I'm jealous of your ice free floors :) I do have an infrared gun, but not sure what I am looking for exactly. Are you measuring the temp of the slap outside where the loops are? What temp are you looking for there? This morning it was still on, which was a good thing, but I did have 2...

    CryptoPay Fees

I use First Data with my Cryptpay and they charge me .15% and .04 per transaction. I just spoke to them and they lowered it to .10%. They charge a monthly fee of $9.95, but overall it is still much cheaper than going with World Pay at .25% and .06. Of course these rate are all in addition to...

    Help with floor heat

It looks green, definitely not pink. I'll look around and see where I can find some.
