Looking for a education on this part for my D&S 5000

In my experience, once the regulator has worn to the point it leaks, it won't hold a kit for long, and that kit is almost half the price of the regulator I linked.

Am I wrong to expect RO water

That's a different story. Yes, I would expect spot free to work regardless of price. How do you know that? Is it possible they added it and it's not working for some reason? Might be time to at least contact them as a service tech.

    Painting/sealing walls in a SS

There are paints that will hold up for a few years, and epoxy will last significantly longer, but I suspect your problem is a build-up of paint and/or a layer or more of bad paint. If you want to continue painting, you're going to have to get back down to the original surface. I know one guy...

Anyone using LPR license plate readers?

There's nothing stopping you from putting up a sign to that extent yourself. It might scare off some of the dregs.

    Vac Compressor Issue

I have found the same pumps on eBay new and used. Harbor Freight has some that are supposedly pretty good, but I can't speak for their longevity. Thomas Compressors are some of the best out there, but they're very expensive.

Am I wrong to expect RO water

I've talked to a few people about this to see if opinions varied from mine. Regarding the spot free, they all said the same thing, "So what?" and "Just don't use the car wash." IMO the new owner is chasing revenue and will fail. Maybe he'll eventually sell it to you cheap.

Have you considered pipes across the entrances hanging from the roof to stop them from entering?

    Vac Compressor Issue

It's most likely the reed valve which is usually riveted onto the head. I would bet you can get just the head and replace it, but it might be worth finding a new compressor the same size.

Looking for a education on this part for my D&S 5000

Either when it leaks or when it doesn't properly regulate the pressure. Yes. The pressure should never exceed 1200 PSI. That's the maximum rating of the pump and of some of the solenoids that switch where the spray comes from. The hole is to let it leak when the seals go bad and not let the...

Am I wrong to expect RO water

It's their loss for not offering spot free. Maybe they wouldn't need to charge a dollar a minute if they had more options. I'm only $1.50 for 3 minutes. I have all the options except dryers. I make enough that I don't have to try to get a minimum of $4 from every customer.

Looking for a education on this part for my D&S 5000

It's this one: https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-63842-general-pump-yr5221-brass-regulating-valve-53-gpm-2200-psi.aspx Same dimensions as the part number you posted, just runs at a lower pressure. I recommend this one instead...

Air Compressor - Breaker Tripping off

You probably won't ever see that because the compressor will most likely keep running and one of the two pressure pop-off valves will go before the breaker trips.

Sometimes you get a lucky break!

Did you consider getting a criminal trespass warrant? If it's the same there as it is here, once that's done you can show the police video of him on the property and they'll go arrest him.

    Need timer help.

You may have to call D&S and see if there's a reset option, but try swapping it to another bay in case it's the coin acceptor.

    What are these?

They make all their stainless components, so you'll have to get one from D&S and it will cost a fortune because they'll have to make it. There are some universal plastic ones out there that might work, I've never looked into them. The only reason mine are still on is because I designed the...

    What are these?

That does look like a D&S stand. The dead giveaway is the Hydrominders and how they cut the top off the bracket, weld it back on sideways, then connect them all together with one hose to make it EXTRA difficult to service.

    What are these?

They are solenoid valves, but I can't even guess at what they're for. It looks like there's a check valve on the outlet of each one. It should be fun if you ever have to clean debris out of them.

    Vacuum Vault - Break-in

Yup, I've been battling some breakins at a wash, same dumbass kid keeps coming through popping bay doors open, bashed out a bay wall, cut a bunch of wires to get power for a small shop vac to try and suck quarters out of a safe, has spent many hours prying on vacs that DON'T EVEN WORK trying to...

Do you perhaps mean GS402? If so, it's bad or the coin acceptor is bad and giving four pulses (Sensortrons do that sometimes).
