    Winter Season and Weep

I don't blow anything out except for high pressure. The last two bad freezes (down to 15° F) I've only had one tubing line split, and it was brittle af.

    FloJet

This is at the boom: Board inside: The air lines are tee'd out of sight and only one air line runs to the bay.

Where do you get 4 horsepower wands? I don't even know what mine are rated for.

    FloJet

I always plumb car washes with one check valve at the boom with presoak, tire cleaner, and air lines joined at a cross. In the room I use an air regulator like this one that relieves pressure on the outlet that exceeds the set inlet pressure. If a check valve in the bay fails, the regulators...

    FloJet

I don't remove the hoses from the barbs since they just unclip and pull out of the pump.

    310 pulsating on startup

I watched it again, and when the pump runs with pressure the water in the filter bowl "boils." When the pressure drops, it's clear. That indicates cavitation, and it also sounds like cavitation.

    310 pulsating on startup

There's a lot of air in the filter bowl. I'll bet it's the low pressure seals in the pump.

    Rowe BC1400-American upgrade

FWIW I've upgraded a Rowe BC1400 to Hamilton works. If you buy all new parts it would probably be around $2600, but I got everything used and spent about $1000. It already had an Etowah Valley Genesis kit, so the bill acceptor and mounting was done, I got a used controller, harness, hopper...

    MEI Validator Repair

I used to run a car wash with bay acceptors, and Mars were really good. They are discontinued but there is a direct replacement by CPI that's supposed to be just as good. You can still get some Mars acceptors off eBay but they're getting expensive.

    Insurance claims

I've had something similar happen. Woman claimed the foam brush scratched her hood. We turned it over to insurance for them to deal with, they took a quick look around and saw that we were not negligent and denied the claim. Never heard from her again.

    Have an old hydrospray system

Yes, it's entirely possible you've lost the "common" connection back to the transformer in the cabinet. You can also check the solenoid with a screwdriver, when it's energized you'll feel a magnetic pull above the coil and a vibration that's the 60 hertz of the power.

    Have an old hydrospray system

How exactly are you checking the soap solenoids?

If the boards are water damaged they can't fix it because they can't get any more.

    In need of wiring diagram

It's a thermal overload that's tripping. My guess would be the motor is bad, you put it on rinse, the rinse solenoid opens and "barely anything came out," the motor hums without turning and trips the thermal overload. Or maybe the pump is locked up.
