Earl is right. So far most customers drape the hose over the old holder where they had to coil the hose. They took the vac end off the hanger but have not yet figured it out to put it back the way they got it. It will take some time for the customers to figure it out.

This is a Ryko built vacuum. The hose hanger is bolted on from the top and can be located on either side as needed. The stainless steel dome is larger than most other vacs and gives ample room for the hanger.

I am in the process of making my own set of hose booms for vacs. I plan on using 2 inch up to the end of the boom and then coupling down to the 1.5 inch hose. I think if I get any clogs it will be in the 1.5 inch hose that will be fairly short and easy to clear.
