    LED wall pack

2biz good price on the wall pack and lights. Just for reference it looks like the 3 light fixture with 22 watt bulbs put out about 6600 lumens. I would think 3 to 4 of these per SS bay would work great.

Injector draws at first then falls off

On my ryko OHDs I use a .083 for presoak and .59 injectors for tri foam waxes and clear coats and rain X. I use the stainless steel injectors form Kleenrite rather than a Dema. The adjustable demas that come on the Rykos were too hard to keep consistent. The Dema you linked to is adjustable. To...

    LED wall pack

JMMUSTANG I do not have the LSI LED lights. I installed T5 lights in my SS bays. 2- 4 foot T5HO added on the walls diagonally from each other. This gives me a little over 19,000 lumens per bay which I find ample. My T5s with lights were about $120 each with 5000K bulbs rated to 35,000 hours. At...

    Security Cameras advice

Still looking for my remaining 6 cameras. I have emailed Lorex twice and submitted a claim. The website gives me a number and promises to get back to me within 48 hours. No response from them at all and it has been 5 days. I called this morning and the wait was over 30 minutes so they took my...

    Tornador best practices

We always used Meguiars APC ( all purpose cleaner). Pleasant scent and cleans well. I would provide your workers with at least a dust mask when using the tornador and keep the barrel clean by dipping in a clean bucket of water often. They should also be using a microfiber towel held next to the...

Does anyone have a Tire Shine/Air Machine Combo?

I made my own tire shine machine a couple of years ago. It has done Ok but does leave a mess on the black top around it. I plan on modifying it next spring by adding the simoniz tire shine wand in place of the trigger gun and short brush. The longer simoniz wand should be easier to use for the...

    LED wall pack

Kleenrite has some LSI surface mount LEDs on sale right now. 150 watt, 19,000 lumens, 5000K color that is 1/3 more efficient for $399. One of these per SS bay would be enough for most people. The shopgreentek light listed above is about the same efficiency as a T5 HO. The LSI is DOE rated and is...

I received my system yesterday but was shorted 6 cameras. No way they could have packed anymore in the box that it was shipped in. I have filed a claim with Lorex so I hope they ship out the rest of the cameras. The cameras they did ship were in a heavy metal housing and seemed top quality.

Paul, you bought the same Lorex system as me. We installed the $349 8 camera Swann system from Sam's over the weekend. We could use all our existing coax cables so it was simple to just mount cameras. For $349 it is a great buy and improved our coverage and quality.

I also bought a Lorex system but upgraded to one with motorized remote variable lens dome cameras. Not knowing exactly where I will be placing them it will give me some flexibility on the image I want to capture. It was only about $100 more for this feature. I almost went with the system that...

    Security Cameras advice

I agree on the Ball cameras. I did see on the costco site that you could buy 2 of the HD ball cameras for around $300. For the price I am going to have 3 sided enclosures made to go over the bullet cameras so they can't be moved.

I was at Sam's club today and they had a Swan 8 camera 1080p system with a 2TB hard drive on sale today for $349. Advertising and deals - I need some help/guidance.

The best thing that has worked for me is to advertise on the Radio on Saturdays. In my town of 60,000 the radio stations offer much cheaper rates on Saturday compared to week days. I end up getting them for about $5 each. I hit country, oldies and soft current stations. I have noticed a big...

Intermittently losing wash on Ryko Maxx with ICS Wash Valet

I have had the same problem on various Ryko touchless washes for 20 years and I use Hamilton ACWs. What usually happens to mine is that the Hamilton will act as if it never gets the signal from the Ryko units that lets it know the wash is complete. What I have figured out is that if a person...
