I'm interested in adding a one bay car wash/dryer to my custom home build, recommendations?

The cheapest one is about $100,000. That's just for the wash unit. It requires 3-phase power and a 2" water main. You probably can't even get those for residential. If you could, you're looking at $200,000 minimum to get it to run. Same issue, you aren't likely to get 3-phase for...

    More Austin area breakins

No, and he's still out there breaking into vacs. Both Austin PD and Travis county are looking for him, know what he drives, and have his license plate. As mentioned in my first post, I saw him in the afternoon Jan. 25th, and he came back sometime before 3 am the 26th and broke into the same...

I'm interested in adding a one bay car wash/dryer to my custom home build, recommendations?

You're looking at up to $10,000 or more between electrical needs, drain requirements, and the equipment itself. I would suggest instead a good pressure washer and a 2-motor shop vac with an exhaust port to which you can attach a dryer nozzle or a high-velocity blower. FWIW, a well maintained...

    No water thru pr1000

I'm familiar with those regulators, but I've never had that particular issue. Usually the cartridge erodes out and it no longer regulates, so the pump can't draw chemicals. There is a weep and a non-weep version - I don't know if the non-weep one will flow if there's no pull from the pump, but...

    Dixmor led 7

That's where they always melt. Something inside goes bad or shorts, it doesn't appear to be related to load.

    Squeaky noice with SS booms

Coleman booms, the high pressure ones should not be oiled or greased. Maybe you can find someone who can machine some nylon bearing inserts. I usually just replace the boom. The wall mount booms are just going to squeak unless you re-engineer them to accept a nylon bushing.

    partnerships working out

That sort of thing needs to be defined clearly in the partnership. A friend had something like that happen, but much worse.

    Dixmor led 7

The red is hot in, the green is "common," the solid white is timed load, the white with black stripe is CC input. It's probably shot since it's melted, although I have seen timers melted so bad the harness was fused to it and it still worked. If you have any other 24V timer, you can get the...

    Dixmor led 7

Dixmor will fix a melted timer. It will come back looking like new for maybe $75 tops. I've seen this happen quite a few times, usually for no apparent reason. The timer output is protected, so it will just shut off if the timed load is shorted, then reboot and shut off over and over.

    Chemicals

When I first went to your Facebook page, it was just random pictures of car washes. When I Googled your email address just now, it only gives results for Javastasia Distributors Halaal Meats. The Facebook page from before no longer shows anything as if it's been shut down or made private...

    Attempted theft

Doesn't seem to help. Some idiot has been breaking into washes and laundromats all over town. At one wash he cut open a bay vault, but one of the two bays was down. He also broke into two vacs that don't work.

    Thoughts on Ginsan Pump Stand?

Depends on which regulator too. If it's coming out of the high pressure regulator, it's just bad, not a real problem. If liquid is coming out of one of the low pressure regulators, that's a bad check valve at the boom, and you won't even get that, so not a problem for you.

    Squeaky noice with SS booms

I would suggest a lubricant over a penetrating oil.

    Squeaky noice with SS booms

Post pictures of the booms. Some of them you don't want to ever oil or grease. Some it won't do any good. If there's a grease fitting, it's okay to grease them. If it's your foam brush booms that are squeaking, they do that because there's not a bushing or bearing, so you might as well get...

    Wax solenoid?

That looks like a standard Kip solenoid. Make sure it's 24 volt AC and you order the same orifice size. I've had to replace a few recently that wouldn't stop flowing even after replacing the plunger, and the insides look perfectly fine. I suggest you dump that old af wax.
