Hey guys just reporting back. Earlier today I did exactly what GoBuckeyes said and sure enough it was a bad check valve. Changed it and we are up and running again on that bay, as always thanks for the help and support!

Couldn't I also check this idea by switching it to soap and wax bc on the jc stand it would be pulling from the product and the rinse tank as well. Honestly I didn't spend much time as today was a solid day above freezing so I was working in getting the rest of the wash up and running

It is for rinse water soap and wax. Yes it is gravity fed I know what you mean about questioning it but as long as your water level is above where it's going gravity will make it flow.
