Wash Select 2 main screen issue

That looks like the contrast adjustment. There should be a tiny plastic knob/screw for it.

    Belt tightening tricks

It looks exactly like one I got from JC Whitney years ago. It was a piece of crap and broke the second time I used it.

Timer shutting off at 1 min

It helps to supply that information in the initial post. Have you checked to make sure the two timers are set to the same time?

    Kip Manifold Refurb

I didn't get a picture of it mounted because at the moment it's just crammed into a GinSan 3-compartment system to get the tire cleaner back up and running. It's not real obvious in the picture, but the screws are easily accessed with a regular screwdriver. The 2" long nipple on the tree...

Timer shutting off at 1 min

What does that mean? Nothing works, or nothing changed? The timer in the bay is a slave. It needs to be set at the same time as the one in the control cabinet, which it what actually controls the power. The alarm is supposed to go off at 1 minute remaining and isn't adjustable, which means...

If You Weren't in the Car Wash Business...

Being in the car wash industry has made me need to go to the liquor store on many occasions.

    Opinion on Crypto-pay for vacuums

I've been thinking about the same thing. Most of my vacs don't have display timers or last minute alert, so two of my three options mean adding new display timers. I only know one guy with Cryptopay on his vacs, and he never looks at his numbers so he can't tell me what his customers prefer.

    Cryptopay Deposit Reconciliation

That's a good question, but it seems like that would be the easiest account to use. Federal law sets a limit on how many money transfers you can make to/from a savings account each month. Yes, it's common to have a separate account under the same entity for tax monies to go into. Do you mean...

    Reusable/Temporary high pressure fittings.

There are "reusable" fittings for repairing hoses, but as hard as it is to assemble the 3/8" ones I can't imagine repairing a 3/4" hose with hand tools.

If You Weren't in the Car Wash Business...

I was a plumber in construction for a year and a half, worked at/managed a lube center for close to five years, and ran a vehicle inspection station for about four. None of those jobs I'd still want to be doing, nor did they pay very well. I've always enjoyed the car wash side of things, even...

    Belt tightening tricks

I use a 28 oz. Estwing steel handle framing hammer. Hook the claw end behind the manifold, push the hammer head against the front rail of the stand and pull down. I can easily tighten the belt with one hand and tighten up the right side pump rail nuts with the other.

Yes, set bonus at 20, bonus time 2:00, and you can select repeat bonus so every 20 pulses gives them another 2:00. http://www.dixmor.com/TIMER%20PDF/LED6%20INSTR.pdf

    Drum Heater for Presoak?

I don't see that heating the barrel will affect cleaning. It's not like half your presoak applied to the car is from the drum cold. It would be more cost-effective to bump up your hot water temp, assuming you're heating it with gas.

    D&S 5000 undercarriage issues

Might be a good idea unless you want to just throw parts at it at your customer's expense. Is it the power blast or the regular nozzles coming on when the undercarriage should run?

    JC VACCUM/COMBO CARPET SHAMPOOER

There are two plugs on the timer, one is lower than the other, it can plug in upside down. Is the replacement timer set properly to shampoo/vac? Do you have another shampoo/vac unit where you can test the timer?
