I would definitely use flex wands, its funny there are not bending the wands to be able to wash under the wheel wells, I don’t think there is much you can do to stop people from just throwing the guns on the ground when switching to the foam brush, after all they are worried about their money...

I have 2 mars validators in a conversion kit I purchased from Jim G years ago for a hamilton drs with the AE2631D7 validators, one of them keeps cycling like you are turning it off and on, like I may just have the door open on the changer and it will cycle without even touching it, every time...

So with the lamb vac motors, my experience has been that they are more difficult to change the brushes than to say like the older GS vac motors that kleen-rite used to sell, the GS vac motors were easy to change but they wore out allot quicker than the lamb motors, in fact I think the lamb motor...

Those are good vac motors to use, I use them, never touch the brushes, when they fail I just replace with another lamb vac motor. I think possibly mismatching motors could mean that they may draw different currents, or run at different speeds, the carwash business is the only business I know...

If you have a 3 motor vac and remove one motor there will be no difference in the amount of vacuum it creates. Only thing is with 3 motors there is more maintenance and cost involved over a period of time, it you don’t believe it purchase a vacuum test guage and check a 3 motor vrs a 2 motor.

What is so different with them than a regular motor contact?

How to decide what is the correct type of fuse that should be used in any particular vac motor. I have been using the VAL9414 Lamb motors from KR and the Ferraz Shawmut fuses shown in the picture and they work fine, but would like a little more information on the meaning of the prefix letters...

JMO but I think that if the notches were on the bottom it would work better cause the air would still be sucking from the bottom of the nozzle rather than from the holes in the top which are not touching the carpet, but both are great ideas, which really sucks...
