    Anti Siphon Valve

If you're planning to feed Hydrominders from chemical containers upstairs, I don't think you'll have much luck. You could add a siphon breaker at the highest point, but the line going down will still drain out every time the tank fill stops.

    Rewiring RO Machine

There may be more than one, some have a flush solenoid, but you won't use that one. It needs an inlet solenoid or it will run water all the time.

    Boiler sizing

I want to do the same thing - do you remember what you paid for the tank? I've been shopping for some time, and the stainless tank alone usually costs more than a Phoenix HTP unit.

    Switching to count up.

I've mounted LED6 timers in place of GinSan displays. I prefer to use the regular mounting shelf bracket and drill two holes and tap them, but only partially tapped, then cut some #6 threaded rod or long screws and using red Loctite I force the homemade stud into the hole. You'd want to...

Pics of Cryptopay/Credit Swiper box setup

I was thinking about using plastic wrapped in a decal so it will have some thickness if I need to make a channel in the back for the wires.

    Rewiring RO Machine

Here's the switch I've used, the system I replaced it on uses a float switch to open the solenoid, then the water pressure closes this switch to send 240V to the motor. https://www.zoro.com/square-d-by-schneider-electric-pressure-switch-dpst-105-psi-14-fnps-9013frg22j36p/i/G2925562/?q=G2925562

    Rewiring RO Machine

Yes, literally just run the solenoid and contactor power through a float switch. There are still some manufacturers that do it. If the solenoid and starter coils aren't the same voltage, you'll need a transformer to make them so. I would recommend putting a low pressure cutoff switch on the...

    Switching to count up.

I've had some troubles with the LED6 timer displays failing, which they will repair under warranty, but the LED6 has the ability to count up in money while the LED7 will only count up time.

Pics of Cryptopay/Credit Swiper box setup

I'm planning to add Cryptopay to my wash too, the problem is the security bars on the door don't leave room for the swiper. I plan to make a panel large enough for plenty of instructions that mounts with security head screws next to the box and drill an angled hole through the mortar into the box.

    Pump stand walking

That is exactly the case, can be a problem if you need to drill next to a hole left by one pounded through or cut off. They are much stronger though.

    Pump stand walking

Wedge anchors are always better than lag bolts.

I wish cryptopay would make an hamilton ACW kit that actually fits without modifying everything.

Hamilton hasn't made the ACW4 in over 20 years. They aren't likely to work with an outside company who makes a retrofit item for their outdated equipment. You don't have to mount the Cryptopay swiper where they tell you. It will go anywhere on the door there's open space on the back to drill...

Self Serve - Breaker in control box getting stuck

Also look at the contactor, there's a bar in the center that you can push in to manually close the contacts and run the motor. If the one giving you problems doesn't look like it's coming all the way out like the others, one of the contacts is fused closed, which means it needs to be replaced.

Self Serve - Breaker in control box getting stuck

What exactly is "stuck?" Does the motor stay running after time runs out? Or does the bay not work and after a few hours starts to work again? If it's the latter, it's probably the thermal overload tripping, taking some time to cool down and resetting automatically, assuming it's set to do...

    Help with VFD SS system

Check the pulleys on the pump and motor. Some of the GinSan stands I've seen have Cat 5CP5160 pumps and the motor and pump pulleys are the same size, so the pump is running way above its maximum RPM and flow with the motor running 1725 RPM. The plumbing manifolds are only 1/2" and it just...
