    Emeffing chargebacks!

More likely is credit card theives use you as well as many other similar non face to face charge operations to test if a card is cancelled once stolen. After they see it sis good then they go buy expensive stuff. Customer kills all bad charges including the test. The real solution is...

    RainX Application

I don't know why adding a foamer would increase costs. Foam ads air and creates more volume with foam as opposed to straight liquid. Air is cheaper than solution. My K nozzle sticks have foamers at the top.

    Flojet setup questions....

I don't know how it can possibly work to have one pump for 3 products if the bay users choose different products at the same time.

I Need HELP! Flood insurance fight!

IMO the agent may or may not have a grasp of the fine points. Get a copy of the policy. Review the definitions and go from there.

    Great Car Wash/Minimum Wage Article.

City of Chgo has a minimum wage for anyone with a City Contract. $13.00 going to $13.50, $3.00 higher than regular city minimum. Car Washes with city Contracts had to re bid the contracts last spring. The City determined that the car washes only had to pay the $13.00 while employees worked on...

    Great Car Wash/Minimum Wage Article.

I think the thrust of the article vis a vis the car wash industry being a microcosm of the economy as a whole reducing labor due to cost and headaches, coupled with typical space restrictions did a fine job. I don't think it was meant as acomprehensive history of car wash automation.

    Foam Brush Woes

Not sure how long flo jets have been around 20+ years ago all the set ups were with Husky's and Graco's. Thye are spec'd out at higher volume than Flo Jets. In the tunnels and SS the only place I think I would need that volume is for the 8 Bay Foam Brush. I just use 2 Flo Jets at 4 bays each...

    Foam Brush Woes

Yes, because you can only put so much thru the hose, so the Flo Jet is fighting the air.

    Foam Brush Woes

See at 40 seconds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlRMAQnwIPw I think you are trying to put too much thru a single 3/8 line. I would throttle the Husky back to 40 and air to 5 and gradualy increase the air. Try a new bucket of FB soap in case the old one got diluted and makesure the foamer...

    Wet Environment Dryer

I was truly seeking wisdom. I am not that familiar with RO but my gut says it's another expense / something to maintain. I've learned lots from this forum and other places. Decades ago I learned about a "Setting Arch / rinse." It's counter intuitive to think putting more plain water on...

You indicate "Old setting rinse". Guess we are old. Still use this system. What is the "New" system?

Best way to mount Air Machine?

First of all the Air Serv contact was over 30 years gao so ho knows what they do now. They just sold machines and purpotedly provided leads. I have no recollection of them asking for a % and it would not be workeable since there was no way to monitor it. Both Air Serv and fragramatics...

Best way to mount Air Machine?

Years ago (1985 or so) a Buddy and I started an air vending service on a revenue sharing basis. We checked out air serv. You would buy machines from them and they would give you a certain territory. The minimums they wanted was a deal breaker. At that time we went with Fragramatics initialy...

Best way to mount Air Machine?

BAses are typicaly painted. Just made sure no scuffs or scratches. I am sure I did not use anything special. Same with Cement but might have used a Post Setting Blend or a vinyl repair mix. Your photo of the air serv setup refers to holes they use to ransport the entire assembly. However, if...

Best way to mount Air Machine?

No drainage. Post / base is painted. Probably been 20 years now. No Corrosion issues. I'll let you know in another 20.

Best way to mount Air Machine?

    A. You can mess up the bolts / threads so they can't simply be unbolted. b. You can buy a sonotube with diameter slightly larger than the base. Put it over the base before mounting the machine and put in 12" or so of Concrete to hide the bolts. C. Make a frame of 2 x 12 around the base and...

    Wet Environment Dryer

Went to see a few. One of the most interesting was one BEFORE the DA arch. While I don't think they saved on HP or was more effective than having same # of producers further down the line they could use less DA because it was put on a car with less water. It may also aid drying in tunnels...
