    monthly unlimited wash program

We offer our top wash for half price on Tuesdays. It's always very poopular and a nice busy day on what used to be the slowest. Other ideas; give a nice discount on pre-paid wash cards. say 12 washes for the cost of 8? It would be an easy thing to sell thru a website and mail to the customer.

One Year of Used Car Sales Update

Our company just completed our first year of used car sales and we are on track to sell between 13 and 15 cars this year. The used car business is real work but it can be fun. If you're into cars at all, it can be exciting to find, fix and sell used cars for profit and I would recommend this as...

    managing/operating someone else's wash

    Sewer Meter

Instead of sweating the payback, which begins the second it's installed, I'd check with sewer dept and see what they require; type of meter, how/when it is read, do you need a unit that can be read remotely? Is sewer dept going to come by quarterly to read it? Get these agreements in place and...

Considering free towel dry after IBA??

We use a rubbermaid cart; clean towels on top; keep them in a cut down 55 gal bucket. Dirty go in a laundry basket on bottom shelf of cart. We use the bulk terry from ERC wiping in a 50lb box. Great value for us. Pros; this idea catches on quickly and builds loyalty really well. Cons; it...

Reducing Winter Troubles and Utility Costs in SS Bays

I have roll up doors on all bays. We close them at night and it saves on floor heat. Drive in back out is retraining your customer plus more dangerous plus you have to un-re-train the customer in Spring. This idea is a non-starter.
