Hi Here is how we fixed the grate..no need to change ..just a couple of hrs of welding, but you need to make sure to fill the gaps like I have it in the pic otherwise the round bar welds will brake again due to not having a solid place to sit on (As MEP already mentioned).

Another idea is to weld a flat piece to the bottom of the grate, like I have it in the pic. The grate on that side seem to be already trimmed/worn out over time. so this flat part should be able to compensate that.

That's absolutely right. Here is another pic showing the side metal worn out. So other than welding the grate we also need to weld the a flat stock on the side. The only question is if you add a flat stock on the side, then the grate going to stick out of the ground a bit? it wont be flushed...

Well for 3 years I had no issues with not having a static IP for the DAN. I know you need to have Static IP to be able to access the DAN through VPN which I never used anyways. Hello, I had to remove a really bent coin from this CP900 coin accepetor and now it keeps rejecting two dollar coins. One dollar coins are ok. When I clean it with contact cleaner it works for a few times but then again it keeps rejecting only two dollars. I think I have damaged it somehow.
