I'm more suspicious of the Push Button: Usually it stops accepting cards since it knows the customer wont be able to stop the transactions. I'm just wondering if the Error means anything specific. Because the Push Button error is a separate error.
We sell alot of those and need to keep explaining to our customers. Do we have other options? This time is a very unfortunate accident but we have issues at least once a month.

Hello, I don't see any power in my Operator or the Open/Close box. I check the breaker and fuse inside the Operator, also checked some parts inside the Open/Close box such as Loop sensor. Its totally dead. We use Nice - Home (micanan.com) operators.

Hello, I had a customer who soaked our collector box and it stopped working. I reset the board by removing the power and its all good now. But our entire car wash internet goes down and come back again. Can these be related?
PROBLEM SOLVED: Opened the valve and there was a big piece of plastic in it. I think it has come from one of the check valve on it way to here. I did change the entire valve and also the coil since Presoak is very important.
Coleman part number: 6520, and all I see on the coil it self is: 021-001C. I'll call Coleman tomorrow and perhaps they tell me who the manufacturer is.

Hello, I feel like the presoak on our WW2.0 is not as strong as before. The Chemicals and Pump pressure the same. Thinking prehpas the valve with the solenoid on it which is located on the driver side panel (Part# 6520) need cleaning? Is there a repair kit for these?
