    Machine moves itself

Hello, When the machine is done washing, it comes back for few inches. This makes the machine to move itself from the Home position so the machine automatically moves itself forward for few inches to the home position in about a minute after its done. I noticed the plastic part between the...

    WW2.0: Alarm 68

I think I figured out the mystery of Alarm68. It happens when customers go forward too much and when the machine asks them to back up, they barely do it. Their wheel stays on the edge of the treadle (see pic) which makes the machine to come too close to the home position. So the alarm is right...

Feed Water Pressure and Watts Regulator

Mr. MEP001 I just love your responses here. Sometimes I tend to try to make my carwash a perfect one, and I know I will end up making it worse. I just need to close my eyes and pass.

Feed Water Pressure and Watts Regulator

This a pic of the main regulator from city. Is it normal too see some small leak from this? It has been there for at least 4 years lol. Maybe this regulator going bad???

Feed Water Pressure and Watts Regulator

Hello, I noticed pressure on the gauge where city water comes to the SS solenoid before they go to the hot water tank is about 80 psi, while usually not that high. (see pics) Would this create problems? When I played with the regulator (after 4 years), it seems to be nicely staying at about...

    WW2.0: Alarm 68

Thanks, Do I have Home Prox on the boom? Where? I don't see any Prox Sensor on the boom. I do see the Eyes with the lenses on both sides but not the Prox sensor which detect metal. Is the Prox Sensor inside the Boom, or no in the Gantry somewhere?

    WW2.0: Alarm 68

Hello, just got this Alarm 68 which is: on front boom pass, gantry home prox was sensed for 1 second. Front boom pass was aborted. And the boom didn't come down to wash the front of the car. This is a strange error to me because why Home Prox was sensed? shouldn't be sayin the Boom Eyes sensed...

One Bay stopped registering sale on DAN

Hello, one of my bays stopped registering the sale (cash or CC) on the DAN. you know when you go under Financials and you can choose dates and sale etc etc. I reset the computer, and also opened the box and removed the fuse to kind of doing a harder reset, but still no sale is shown. Is there a...

    Ww2.0 hitting the end

Well I always had issues with this machine hitting the end. I wish it was as simple as adjusting that prox sensor. Even with all brand new wheels and bearings the Idle wheel on Passenger side lift itself up enough that the prox sensor doesn't recognize that stupid small piece of metal and it...

    Ww2.0 hitting the end

I always had issue with this machine hitting the end even 3 month after changing all wheels and bearings. Until I figured its all about these set screws and kept tightening them once a week as they become loose. Two month ago changed most of the setscrews since their head were worn out. The fact...

    Ww2.0 hitting the end

Hello, The setscrews on idle wheel driver side keep loosening which make the machine to hit the end. When I was tightening them noticed the wheel axel has been eaten over time ( you can fill it that it has less diameter now and it looks shinier). So I added a second screw on top of the first one...

    Paraplate Regulator

Changed it last night and it was smooth. Yes they come with like 200 psi and then need to tighten the nut to get the desired psi. Also noticed the difference between the gun handled trigged or not is less than 50 psi which is perfect. It was more challenging to find a good spot to remove this...

    Paraplate Regulator

Thanks, below video tries to say same thing as what you are saying above. I think the point is to NOT to adjust the Regulator before hand. Hopefully they come in more Open position and then you need to tighten them to increase the pressure to your desired pressure. Pressure Override - Cat...

    Paraplate Regulator

Thanks for comprehensive response. YEs usually the drop in pressure is due to pumps valves and seals than these regulators. This is the first time I have to change one after 4 years. I should have said that I have Whipping Guns so probably won't get to a situation that I can possible put too...

    Paraplate Regulator

Thank you. Is there a trick while changing them? I know how to adjust the pressure by tightening/loosening the nut on the top, but do I need to try to get the nut as close as possible to the bad one before running the pump? Or no I'm overthinking this? Just change to the new one, use Rinse...

    WW2.0: Alarm 100

What is the Measurements Eye this Alaram is reffering to? The eyes on each side of the gantry? Or the two prox sensors on measurement wheel? If this Alarm pops up the machine goes all the way to the end of the track since it cannot measure the car? Alarm pic attached. Thanks

    Paraplate Regulator

Hello, what are the signs of failed Paraplate regulator BR5-2? One of mine just started leaking which need to change but seem to be functioning well.
