My mistake, that part is actually there. I opened it this working and it was there. I did change it to the new one from the kit, but dont think it helps much, it doesnt look like a part that wear out easy.

One more thing, when opned it today didnt see this number 9 little part in it (see pic) so didnt put it, perhaps thats why it failed so fast??

Yes we do and we check the quality of our water every week…. Im thinking to change the whole thing after 5 years now lol. I just dont know if it fails again after 2 months even with the new one

Yes more or less. Ordered it from GC directly. The valve inlet is 3/8” vs the 3/4” I had but the result is the same.

UPDATE: Yes changed the whole thing and its good now.

Hello. One our bays leaking water due to the valve not closing 100% due to wash out. See pic. Can I find just this part or no need to change the whole thing?

Yes changed all seals.

The head didn't look bad. I didn't see any wash out signs, except for where the high pressure seal sit. I did change the seal and it all good now but it might come back.

UPDATE: PROBLEM FIXED. It was one of the high pressure seals. As you see in the pic part of the seal was gone.

Not yet, no fix yet. I only have changed the valves. Based on what I see here I'm thinking to change the seal and see. I'll post an update when I do that. Just few more background info: This is a less than 2 year old head. I don't see any particular issue with the FEED line, unless the little...

UPDATE: noticed when I touch bunch of wires in the panel this stops/starts. So there must be a loos connection somewhere, so tightened the screws where wires connect. Lesson Learned: its good practice to tighten all the screws once a year.

Hello, the PLC for triple shine function keeps working by itself. No chemical coming out in any of the bays so I dont think the issue is with one of the keys stock on the selector box. It also goes away by itself if the carwash is open. We have been closed for 3 days now due to extreme cold. Thanks

Yes you feel the hose that has vibration in the bay. when I changed the valve today, I didn't see any washout areas in the head, so I think the head is good and only 1-2 years old.

Hello, I have a vibration in one of our CAT CP1220 pumps. Is not too crazy but I cant figure our what's wrong with it. The head is good, the valves are new (at least 3 of them are, and the rest passed my test, you know blowing to them). What else can create vibration? I cant think of a place...

UPDATE: Changed the leaky fitting, and it looks like the vibration is gone. But boy it was hard to fit the new part in with these solid high pressure hoses. Thanks again, YOU GUYS ROCK.
