    New to me wash

An issue you’ll have with adding credit card acceptors is... Where to mount the readers? Your existing boxes are small and recessed…no room to swipe the card. I added credit card acceptance in 1999 (yeah, a very early system...now obsolete). My mounting solution was to purchase some ¼”...

Foam Brush Chemical Consumption (To High!!!)

By-pass the water softener to see if the Hydominder(s) work better. If so, it's an indication that the softener needs to be re-bedded.

    Compressor issue & question

Quincy Quin-Cip Air Compressor Oil - D 30W, Synthetic Oil or Royal Purple Synfilm Recip. 100 I like both. Spendy, but longer change intervals and they seem to run quieter. (could be psychological?)

    Air Logic Triple Foam Dilution

Air Logic - Simple and easy to install...but, a bit aggravating to work on the Dema solenoid manifolds. The manifolds are secured to the panel with long #6 machine screws and nuts. Should the solenoid manifolds require removal, it can be a bit difficult to get everything realigned and secured...

    Compressor issue & question

Change the oil in the Champion and temporarily connect it to an existing 3ph circuit to prove it's operation. If you have space available in the load center...new conduit, wiring, and breaker will likely cost less than the $1,000 pump for the Curtis.

Carefully push the head onto the plungers. Push as far as you feel comfortable. Then, use a rubber mallet to whack it home. Or, use the handle of a hammer...or, a block of wood.

    Cat 310 Oil Recommendation

Following my mentor's instructions, I would always dip the wicks in Cat oil when installing new seal kits. Years later, after reading that TBS, I quit doing that. I also quit scolding operators for not adding 3 drops of oil every month. ;)
