Did you takeoff the check valve and check it? Sometime the spring gets dislodged, or even falls apart. This will keep full flow from going through. I learned this the hard way---I replaced the solenoid and the pump. Ended up being stupid check valve.

No matter how many signs you put up, most customers will get confused and choose the wrong wash. And you will get the ole "your brushes did not work" story. I would steer clear, imo. It is just too confusing. This business is hard enough without adding that hassle.

Anyone had issues with a goldline losing its memory when it is hot out? Had this issue last year on super hot mornings, now again this year. EIC was just serviced 3 months ago with new modem and new battery. And the bitch is, it defaults to $1, $2, and $3 washes.

You can also use the 101-1011. Same motor, but with sae #10 o-ring fittings instead of straight 1/2" npt threads. KR always has one or the other. I keep extra fittings for both just in case there is an issue. But I stock an extra motor at each location.

Actually, warranty through KR is 16 months from production date on pump. I have sent many back under warranty right up to that 16th month.
