Years ago save a Chunk of $ with KR but instead of their SS Pre Soak and HP soap which had gelling issues I used to Low PH Product. Cherry Blossom for FB Kleen White for Wheels and Engine, and Just Peachy for Sealer wax. Also used their Anti Freeze FB .

IMO Ceiling lighting for SS Bay is not optimal . Reason being is the Customer needs illumination as much down the side of the car as they do on the top of the car. So, you would have to mount the ceiling light at the sides of the bay and they then might not throw enough light half way across...

I might have tried that since part of the issue was paying more than the monthly maintenance charge and I argued hat point to which the reply was the account must be active. I did not review the agreement again for language about this aspect.

I could not see any electrical inspector allowing a plug in a SS Bay.

In my operation power to the existing lights is thru conduit. So, it was not an issue. If you need to have cords and inspectors won't complain there is a . connector for that. Here is one example - they are also available with round grommets...

I suggest you visit as many washes as you can to see what is working.

You likely have a bad solenoid valve allowing this product to siphon out. Pull the hose in the equipment room from the exit side of the solenoid valve to see if you have a drip.

A photo of the situation so you can see what is accessible might help with suggestions.

I bough an empty / new Plastic Gallon Paint container with nice thick handle from Menarda. I am able to put $700 in quarters in it and it has a nice screw on top. Quarters weigh 5 pounds per $100. Carrying a gallon of paint is not something a crook would target. Looks like this but...

I could not see using non wire braid hose for a SS setup due to all the tugging, pulling and rubbing. The Neptune is wire braid rated at 3000 PSI while KR prices their 4000 PSI slightly higher. Don't know relative durability of each. I use the KR hose. .

Been using the KR VMK 19 for a long time - perhaps decades.

I don't know what degree of worse it would be but if there is space between the tire and roller - driving over the roller forward or bckward has a certain "Impact" aspect as opposed to the constant tension of having it pass under a stopped car.

Can't imagine 1/8" poly. I have that for my shampoo n vac and it produces enough for the single hole brush head on that unit . USe 3/8" poly for the Bays -Brush head has 6 holes.

I think your margins may be standard but perhaps we are outdated or the wholesale costs for relatively small quantities we buy are too high. I was talking to a 7/1 operator about pricing and he indicated most 7/11 operators price a 2x cost plus 10-15 cents per item and of course tax is added...
